For the streaks, we recommend making sure that no other cleaning products have been used on your floors recently. If the silicone cap on the bottle is bulging, we suggest taking these steps: -attempt to unscrew/rotate the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. -After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. -If no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. -If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose.
