[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought an entire set of these products because we just knew we would love them. We have used them for two weeks now and certainly are not disappointed! I thought I would have to replace these after each use but they really last and continue to provide a streak free clean!

I was so excited when this product came out and I even waited a bit before buying it to see how it worked. Saw nothing but fantastic reviews so I had high hopes. Regretted buying it after the first use. I put the product together according to the instructions and went to use it the first time and the very top piece of the handle will NOT stay clicked into the rest of the handle. Everytime I use it I am constantly having to make sure I don't push or pull too quickly or hard or it will just pop apart and then I have to shove the wires back in and try to re-snap it together. I'm about to duct tape it because it is driving me nuts. I checked to make sure the snap wasn't broken and it's not. It just doesn't stick out as far as the one on the bottom of the handles stick towards the head of the mop. Good idea to maybe fit that for future ones if you haven't already and if it didn't actually clean my floors I would have thrown it away already. So many regrets because I can't use it the way I want to.

Expensive to repurchase . pads hardly pick up anything. they claim hundred of scrubbing pads which is a joke. they are few and far between.. it does not work on spills as therere are too few strips. Does not even clean well. This is nothing but overpriced garbage. It does not capture dust, it just lumps it and moves it around

The starter kit includes one Power Mop floor cleaning mopping tool, pads for mopping, one Power Mop Quick dry solution and batteries. It's very easy to use and convenient. Easy clean up and the floor dries up quickly. We have laminate, hardwood and also tile floors. My floors look fresh and clean. The power mop works great. I am hoping it will last long!

I don't know why i keep buying this things, total junk! I've purchased 2 wet jets and now this power mop, motor has seized up after a month. I noticed that when it's in storage the swiffer brand bottles just leak inside the mop, I assume that's why this is happening but I'm so tired of it.

I absolutely love this Gem. It is definitely the biggest game changer for me. I love the fact that you can use it for hardwood or vinyl and even marble. With its different selection of spray formula tailored to fit your needs just like the cleaning pads are it easy to use and lightweight which is a huge plus for me. Really no maintence at all your hands aren't in nasty water, it uses a whole 2 batteries that will last forever and the starter kit was surprisingly a sweet 30 bucks. Definitely one of my proudest purchases

Worked out of the box with no problem. I let it sit for a few months (don't live in this house permanently) and when I tried using it again: nothing. Motor not even trying. Tried three sets of batteries, check the connections, nothing. Just dead. AFTER ONE USE! Reading the other reviews, I'm not the only one. Looks like there is a fundamental flaw in this product P&G: do something about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kit is easy to put together so you can begin using it right away. The mopping pads are absorbent and pick up dust very well. The cleaning solution smells amazing. It really left my home smelling fresh.

It mops well and is really nice in my bathroom. The pad picked up all the hair and toilet paper lint off the floors instead of it getting down in the grout as with the original one. My only problem is that the stupid bottle of solution won't stay down so it won't Staley or it falls out onto the floor! It's so frustrating. I have to pay really close attention to whether or not the liquid is coming out so I know if I need to adjust the bottle, again. Fix that, Swiffer.

i bought this mop and used maybe four times now my mop wont even work. When I push the purple button it does not make any noise or release the cleaner. I even changed the batteries to see if that would help and it did not. I have sent an email and never heard anything back. I really liked this mop when it worked for the few days it did.
