[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Power Mop is replacing the Swiffer Wet-jet in my house! My primary goal is to get the floors clean and as you can tell from the photo below, the new pad design on the Power Mop removed lots of dirt from my kitchen floor but there are still some clean “scrubbing strips” to tackle a couple more rooms. This makes me think that I was previously just skimming the surface and my tile has some texture to it so the new pads help a lot. What is interesting is that for my wood floors the textured strips on the pads do not leave streaks. The second improvement I noticed is that the cleaning surface is SO much bigger. My rough calculation has the Power Mop pad 30% larger so that means quicker cleaning! I was able to clean my tiled kitchen and bathroom along with the wood floors in my living and dining areas without the need to change the pad. It was pretty dirty after that though! The cleaning fluid bottles are a new design and the two scents I have tried are “Fresh” and “Lavender.” My husband is sensitive to strong smells but does not mind either of these as both seem to dissipate fairly quickly. We both prefer “Fresh” but will use the remainder of the “Lavender” bottle. Lots of improvements!

Total garbage. I bought my first mop and it worked for one cleaning before the button stopped activating the pump. Double checked batteries and everything. I bought a replacement mop and double checked that the batteries worked and as soon as I plugged in the mop fluid it stopped working!!! How infuriating! Complete trash will not purchase or recommend

I don't know why i keep buying this things, total junk! I've purchased 2 wet jets and now this power mop, motor has seized up after a month. I noticed that when it's in storage the swiffer brand bottles just leak inside the mop, I assume that's why this is happening but I'm so tired of it.

I thought I would like this mop better then the other jet mop I had but i don't I cannot get the liquid to come out of the holes on mop as it is suppose too. I push and push numerous times and nothing comes out even when I do get it to come out it is little bits. Not happy at all but I do like the pads. Bummer

The starter kit includes one Power Mop floor cleaning mopping tool, pads for mopping, one Power Mop Quick dry solution and batteries. It's very easy to use and convenient. Easy clean up and the floor dries up quickly. We have laminate, hardwood and also tile floors. My floors look fresh and clean. The power mop works great. I am hoping it will last long!

Definitely a system I recommend to maybe a quick mop of our hardwood floors. The entire system is easy to use, the cleaning cartridge and mop heads are easy to change and working great

Worked out of the box with no problem. I let it sit for a few months (don't live in this house permanently) and when I tried using it again: nothing. Motor not even trying. Tried three sets of batteries, check the connections, nothing. Just dead. AFTER ONE USE! Reading the other reviews, I'm not the only one. Looks like there is a fundamental flaw in this product P&G: do something about it!

i bought this mop and used maybe four times now my mop wont even work. When I push the purple button it does not make any noise or release the cleaner. I even changed the batteries to see if that would help and it did not. I have sent an email and never heard anything back. I really liked this mop when it worked for the few days it did.

I really loved this mop and would have liked to give it five stars, but the mop stopped working after a month and a half. I tried replacing the batteries and still did not work. I am disappointed because I stocked up on solution, pads, and even convinced family members to upgrade from the PowerJet.

My second power mop has just broke. Same thing happened twice. The button just stopped functioning. Works great for about a month then dies out of nowhere. We continually second guess our batteries and test them in other products and they work fine. Is this normal? Are we the family that happens to get the duds? Super disappointing especially since we have a bunch of liquid refills and are down a mop AGAIN. :( Luckily your dusters have no faulty electronics! They're great!
