I really loved this mop and would have liked to give it five stars, but the mop stopped working after a month and a half. I tried replacing the batteries and still did not work. I am disappointed because I stocked up on solution, pads, and even convinced family members to upgrade from the PowerJet.

The instructions are easy to read and understand. You easily snap the pile together add the products and are ready to go. This is a great set up especially for older people that need an easier way to keep areas clean. I highly recommend this mop.

Just connect the aluminum poles, insert batteries, attach pad to mop head, insert solution and your set to go. It is so convenient to use for quick messes as well as cleaning your entire floor. I have a 5 month old puppy so I have lots of messes. This mop comes in handy. It saves me time. No need to take out the bucket. I really like the larger mop head. I have hardwood floors throughout and tile floors in my bathrooms. My floors are clean in minutes and smell great. I love the fresh scent. I absolutely love the Swiffer Power Mop.

Worked out of the box with no problem. I let it sit for a few months (don't live in this house permanently) and when I tried using it again: nothing. Motor not even trying. Tried three sets of batteries, check the connections, nothing. Just dead. AFTER ONE USE! Reading the other reviews, I'm not the only one. Looks like there is a fundamental flaw in this product P&G: do something about it!
