Thanks for picking up a Swiffer PowerMop and sharing your review. We appreciate the time people take to let us know what they think, because we only want to improve your Swiffer experience. It may help to know you'll get the best performance from your PowerMop when you sweep or vacuum the floor you're going to clean before you start. Also, be sure you allow enough Solution to spray out of the machine; hold the trigger for 2-3 seconds. If you're on a spot that's really stuck, let the Solution work on it for a bit before you Mop it away. We'd like to learn more about your use, and get more details about your purchase, so we can make sure you're thrilled with this tool. Give us a call any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 214-8734.

Regarding availability, we recommend reaching out to the retailer directly in order to get the best assistance. They can be reached at 1-888-746-7726.
