I used it one time. Went to use the second time, so I went to the store bought more pads, cleaning liquid. Put new batteries in, cleaned the spray holes like You Tube tells you & still nothing is working. I had two back surgeries s This year & thought it would be easier for me to use.

It's nice to know that Swiffer was working on this upgrade in the background then released it as a kit. The pads help clean the dirt once the solution has set. The mop itself is a nice design and easy to maneuver. Overall, I would recommend to friends and family.

Bought this less than a month ago. Worked for two cleanings. Now the unit is dead and will not spray the fluid. I have changed several batteries and pulled the handle apart to look for broken wiring. Just totally dead. It was not worth the extra cost already, but dying after two uses? Absolute junk. In this era always beware of "new and improved" because it never is. This was a waste of 38.00. Do not buy this. Also...uses way too much fluid versus the old model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer PowerMop and it cleaning products are great. The lavender solution smells great. The cleaning pads are easy to use. They hold a lot of dirt. The products makes cleaning the floors fast and easy.

What a disappointment! I was so excited to try the new PowerMop and it worked great the first time I used it. The second time I used it, the sprayer quit working. When I hold the mop up (upside down) the solution leaks out and drips down the handle. I have wasted more of the solution than I've used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving the Swiffer Power Mop! So stylish and sleek, bigger mop head base and so easy to use! The cleaning solution is simple to pop right in. Comes with 2 AA batteries. The mop pads have pieces of “cloth like” things on them that pick up anything so much better than the original all flat ones. I’m absolutely loving it!

I enjoy the fact that it came in together as a package to help me get started lm cleaning. It helped me from going to the store again to get other cleaning products.

I was so excited to get this! Then after putting it together and realizing that the "power" was only for dispensing the cleaning solution!! I thought this thing moved back and forth but it's basically a fancied up swiffer wet jet. Instead if pulling a trigger you push a battery operated button. I am SO disappointed 😞

You don’t have to spray as much as you think you’d have to, and it leaves the floor squeaky clean. The one thing I don’t love is how strong the lavender scent is. It’s just a bit much for my taste, but if you like lavender a lot, it would probably be perfect.

Makes the whole room smell of lavender. Clean and pretty. And it goes without saying, that the cleaning solution does its job well in our kitchen.
