We're sorry to hear this, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure you get the best. If the PowerMop has never dispensed, it may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzle; you may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. We also recommend to try fresh batteries as well as making sure the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks.
