[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get and try the Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Starter Kit and after using it I’m happy to say that I love it. It was very easy to put together. The pad is big and cleans a large area with one swipe. I would definitely recommend buying this product for your home.

There are things I do like about this new mop. But I’m really hoping the old one stays around. I’m going to return the new one. It’s too big. Doesn’t get into the small spaces like the original. But because it’s bigger it covers more space. But I prefer to get into those smaller spaces. I like the extra grip on it. But as a whole… the original is so much better. Not to mention the cleaning spray is sooo bad!!! It smells nothing like the original lavender scent. It smells like really really bad cheap perfume. I mopped 2 days ago and it still stinks. And is giving me really bad headaches. I’m not normally that sensitive to smell. But it’s so bad. This mop gets a “no thank you. I’ll stick with the original mop”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the new batter powered Swiffer power mop. The kit includes everything you will need to start cleaning and make you home smell amazing. The kit includes the power mop, batteries, cleaning solution and 2 mop heads. The the power mop is easy to assemble and simply click in your cleaning solution and you are ready to clean. The mop heads actually do a pretty decent job picking up dust and other small debris but you will have to pickup any larger items. The cleaning solution also does a great job cleaning the floor without that sticky residue that some solutions leave behind. Overall, not bad at all for a quick mopping solution.

It is constructed of heavy duty, but lightweight materials. I just pop in the Swiffer cleaning solution, slap a Swiffer Power Mop strip on the bottom and I am ready to clean my floors with ease. Safe for children and pets. The Swiffer power Mop makes my cleaning a breeze. I highly recommend!!

However, I got this mop with the idea that the power on this mop would vibrate the mop somehow to create a higher level of cleaning. It doesn’t; this Swiffer mop is very similar to the traditional WetJet. The battery pack on the back of the mop is easy to load; the mop itself is easy to set up- but I don’t see the point of having a battery pack to literally only dispense cleaning solution. I could do the same with a trigger setup, and I wouldn’t need to change batteries or worry about them leaking. All in all, the product works fine but I’m not sure I see the point of calling this a “power mop” when the power only dispenses cleaning solution. This mop could have gone so much further, and stopped short of its potential somewhere in the design process.

I have used it on all floor types ranging from vinyl to hardwoods with ease. It makes mopping fun again with the simple push of the mop. I would be sad during my cleaning routine with out it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer PowerMop has become part of my daily routine. I HATE mopping but this system is so easy to use and gets the floor just as clean. I love that the pads are easy to change and the whole mop stores easily in my closet. No mess to clean up. No dirty water to empty. The bottle of cleaner lasts quite a long time, too. I use it pretty liberally and I still have quite a bit left.
