[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried new Swiffer Powermop, this works so efficiently and leaving my floors cleaner. As compared to Swiffer earlier wetjet mop, it works excellent. It gives wooden floors shine with a clean fresh smell. The cleaning solution added in the kit has fresh scent that makes my house smells amazing. This kit includes 2 batteries and this mop is not very noisy. Excellent for daily clean ups, very convenient to use and leaves the place crystal clear. The mopping head works wonderfully and pick ups all dust particles with all stains. This is durable and a must have in my house. It's very easy to store and doesn't require a lot of space. Definitely a great quality useful mop.

I hate traditional mopping, it never feels like things get clean enough. This makes mopping so much easier and I like the light lavender scent. I'm sensitive to smells, but thankfully it isn't very strong at all and works super well at cleaning small very dirty spaces like around the toilet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used basically every swiffer product under the sun, and I have always loved them, so I was incredibly excited to be offered this product. The mop itself is the most aesthetically pleasing by far, and the new cleaning pads are much thicker and more durable for a thorough clean. The mop itself was slightly challenging to put together, as the cord was hanging out quite a bit from the mop handle and did not want to fit inside. Besides that, I am satisfied with this product and my hardwood floors are looking shiny and clean.

I only used a few times and the button to connect the handle to rest won't click in and so it comes loose when I use it now. I don't know how it happened. I tried to put it back in but it just comes right out along with the black cord inside. I got it for quick clean ups and it seems to be a waste of $.

I saved up money, did my research, and was really looking forward to my Swiffer power mop purchase. I am a stay-at-home mom with a small child, so keeping my floors clean is very important. I wanted to give this tool the best chance of working well, so I vacuumed my floor thoroughly before using it. Only small dust particles remained, but the Swiffer power walk was not able to pick them up. I'm incredibly disappointed, I will not be recommending this product, and I will be telling everyone about the failure it is. Marketing got me this time! This product is not work as advertised. I can't imagine when this item would be useful. Maybe if you have a perfectly cleaned floor that you want to smell different, this would be a good idea.

I have only used it a total of maybe 10-12 times and it has stopped working already. I changed the batteries tried to clean the nozzles and nothing. Very disappointed.

I've always liked this product. But the new freshness scent with pink flowers made my daughter and mother have a full on asthma attack. It was very scary. Hopefully this company can look into this. None of the other scents have done this.

Love this product for these reasons the solution bottles can be reused for other cleaning solutions and you can buy microfiber reusable pads for it as well save alot of money by doing this. I use other cleaning solutions in my bottle and bought a o cedar refill microfiber mop pad which fit perfectly. i wont have to keep buying the swifter only brand to use my power mop.

Save your money... I would have given this a zero out of five had this for less than a year maybe used it twice and no longer works changed the batteries and no power. Was excited to purchase this initially that I purchased extra cleaning fluid and pads that I can't use. Waste of money, garbage.

I purchased this mop for my home, which has all hard floors, and was immediately disappointed with the performance and quality. From the very first use, the mop pads did not properly attach to the base, forcing me to use rubber bands to hold them in place. The most significant issue, however, occurred after only three total uses. The spray nozzles completely stopped working. While one side had previously clogged and was temporarily fixed, the entire spray mechanism is now inoperable. I've tried changing the batteries, ensuring the solution cartridge is properly attached, and checking for obstructions, but the unit is simply broken. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing purchase. I now have useless replacement pads and solution cartridges, as the primary unit has failed so quickly. I have always trusted Swiffer products in the past, which makes this poor experience even more surprising. Given the price and the fact that the unit essentially only provided one full use before failing, I absolutely cannot recommend this product.
