[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and great for our very busy home. Light weight and it doesn't make any noise really much easier that dragging out the mop and bucket. It doesn't leave any residue. And there are multiple formulas available. I love the power mop and will continue to use it!!

The bottom click to secure the handle is assembled correctly and locked into place and once you start moping it comes off with two “strokes” or mops.. it's absolutely infuriating. I have put It back on 100x to the point it's useless. You can't even mop without having a handle in your hand and the mop I front of you and wires exposed. Really sad because I loved swiffer before this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this is quick and simple and easy set up . I love it for the easy install and cleaning . It makes mopping easier . Quick drying so no worries on heavy chemicals or water on floor . It does take a little elbow for stains but very good on hardwood floors . I like the pad also collects and straps dust and pet hair .

I used this mop for the first time and it worked great, but the Fresh cleaning solution that comes with it is so overpowering that it makes me want to mop over the floor with soap and water just to get the smell out. We opened up the windows but now 3 hours later the smell is still too strong in the house.

Opted for the newer version, because it promised a deeper clean, ordered extra pads and soap, and got to use other twice before the batteries died. Replaced them with brand new ones, and they were immediately dead. Repeated, and again they didn't work. But they worked elsewhere... now I have a swiffer I cant use, and am out quite a bit of money. So disappointed

It's easy to use, picks up dirt and sticky messes well, and leaves my floors looking clean without needing a bucket and mop , the pads are convenient and the spray makes cleaning much faster, great for busy moms who want an easy way to keep the floors clean

After 5 months, the spray stopped working, I changed the batteries twice with different brands and nothing. It just died.

The mop stopped working! It was great and then it stopped. I have changed the batteries and solution but still nothing.

It cleans well, it’s lightweight, the liquid cleaner smells amazing. I use the cleaning pads several times before throwing them out. I have hardwood floors & tile so it’s great on both

I love how easy it is to put together and use. It’s lightweight, comes with extra pad and bottle of cleaner. It cleans my wood floors without streaks.
