[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and great for our very busy home. Light weight and it doesn't make any noise really much easier that dragging out the mop and bucket. It doesn't leave any residue. And there are multiple formulas available. I love the power mop and will continue to use it!!

I actually hate this mop. I've bought it twice and both times I was so disappointed. The refill pads don't fit well on the actual mop, they are too long and tend to flip around when mopping vigorously. The refills are too expensive and don't last long enough and with my first one the handle wouldn't stop separating into two pieces. Not a fan. Won't buy again.

I used this mop for the first time and it worked great, but the Fresh cleaning solution that comes with it is so overpowering that it makes me want to mop over the floor with soap and water just to get the smell out. We opened up the windows but now 3 hours later the smell is still too strong in the house.

I am so disappointed in the power mop. The handle is flimsy and continuously unsnaps. The refills. pads are ridiculously priced. Going through multiple ones to fully do floor. Wish I would have stuck with the good ol original swiffer. Won't recommend to anyone.

Was really excited to use but when I got home and opened it I saw the battery were suppose to be had no metals or springs ( the batteries just fell out so obviously something was missing ) and the product didn't work at all I have it sitting on the table because now I have to go return it and who has time to do all that, that's the point of the mop because you don't got time to mop why would I have time to go return this.

I loved the power mop as it came highly recommended by my mom. We have two small dogs so we used it daily. The issue is it stopped working. I changed batteries and solution. I tired trouble shooting tips and old girl quit without a notice. I hate to go buy another one already because I've only had this one for a few months. I wish they last longer. I guess my mom's last because she doesn't use hers as much as I use mine.

I just don't get it. Recently purhased this product because I thought it would be perfect for my hardwood floors and I cannot get the mop pads to stick. Followed the intructions to a T and I can't get it to stay put. Watched videos and tried again ... still no luck. I am putting the pad on the floor, lining up the strips and pushing down. I thought maybe the mop pad that came with it was old so I got a brand new pack from my local store and still can't get them to stay.

Opted for the newer version, because it promised a deeper clean, ordered extra pads and soap, and got to use other twice before the batteries died. Replaced them with brand new ones, and they were immediately dead. Repeated, and again they didn't work. But they worked elsewhere... now I have a swiffer I cant use, and am out quite a bit of money. So disappointed

Bought it a month ago worked great, went to change the cleaning solution, batteries died changed then and nothing. Would not work. Did nothing different from that the instructions told me. Broke before I could really know what it could do. I had my reservations on this product and was right. Going back to the old mop and bucket, no let downs with this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was some user error when assembling but otherwise I'm in love with this mop. I dropped the liquid twice in the process so highly durable. Stores easily, and can be broken down if needed. Such a game changer!
