Garbage! That's where BOTH of the two (2) that I purchased ended up at... Both of them just STOPPED working... Yes, I even put new batteries in them and still nothing... Works well when its working as it should, but when it just stops... it is useless... Will NOT buy again.... Now I have a bunch of unused pads and floor cleaning liquid that is also useless, unless the next mop is of similar type/style!

I find the power mop less effective than the original wet jet. I don't care for the new pads I think the original pads cleaned much better and I don't like the power mop cleaning solution. It leaves an oily looking residue on my floors. I will be throwing the power mop away and sticking with the wet jet. Also, swiffer needs to do better with the latching button that connects the poles together. The last 2 wet jet mops and the power mop their latch slips out of the hole easily and moves around or come apart while moping.

Well you'll don't sell the replacement pads. It would be nice since you'll sell the mop to be able to buy the pads in bulk from you'll.

Lightweight and easy to use. Cleans floors easily. Good for either quick cleanups or more detailed mopping.

I love this mop. So easy to use and maneuver. The mophead cleans very well and can use it for several rooms before it's too dirty. Not like others I've used before. Great price at Sams too.

Some may like the longer moo head, but I do not. It’s harder to get into small spaces. The bottle of cleaning solution is smaller, so you run out faster. The entire mop is just clunky!

Not worth the price ; it’s not practical to mop with either . The cleaning bottle is super small only allowing 2 maybe 2.5 mops on a one bedroom apartment. Ended up throwing ours away and going back to our mop and bucket . It’s not worth buying

The swiffer pad that has all the little fingers once they get wet they go flat. They don't clean in between tile floors on the grout. They just smear your dirt all over your floor…. I threw mine in the trash, hated it.

I have used swiffer mops in the past and they would streak my floors. This one is different. The improvements they have made to the mop heads is great. I also like the way you can clean base boards with it. This mop is great for ceramic tile floors.

I am a recently retired husband, dad and pet owner who has just taken over the responsibility of cleaning. My motto is work smarter not harder. The cleaning solution cleans our ceramic and vinyl wood flooring cutting through grease and grim with just a lite scrubbing. It has a very light fresh scent when finished. My only complaint is the cleaning pad can be a little difficult putting on. Yes, I would recommend this product to anyone who has a lot of hard floors.
