I own many mops and this one is the most convenient to do quick clean ups however; it does not stay clicked/connected together. I was so frustrated having to keep stopping to click the handle back together that I used packing tape to hold it together. For the price, I shouldn't have to tape together a new item. I tossed the original pkg so I can't return it.

I purchased a Swifter Power Mop and used it just a few times. It worked as well as expected. After about 4 weeks, using it once ot twice a week, the sprawling motor stopped working. I changed the batteries a few times and still didn't work. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in the quality of your product.

I'm not sure how so many people are having such a hard time when I am not; most everything fails for me but not this. I bought this to clean my heavily trafficked, heavily neglected, wood floors. After using it for a while with the wood floor solution I bought the regular solution for my vinyl kitchen floor and I switch pads and solutions regularly without any problem. I have recommended it to friends with smooth floors and they've had no issues either. For someone as lazy as me when it comes to housecleaning this thing makes it so much easier than grabbing a mop and bucket. Between this and the robovac I just bought keeping my floors clean is no hassle at all, even with a shedding dog.

The absolute worst design ever. The button that holds the handle together is crap. It keeps pulling apart. The engineer that designed this needs to be fired. I was a mechanical designer my whole career, and I would not have a job in the field if I designed that.

Unit was easy to order from web site. It arrived as stated. It works as expected on my tile floors.

Absolutely a WASTE OF MONEY. I already went through 2 of these things and I am disgusted. The first one the handle snapped in two . So I taped it. After that the motor refused to work. Now my second one just died as well . I am not abusive to these mops . I thought it was the batteries . I put in brand new ones. It still won't work. Never again . Just wasted my money on reusable pads for a mop that no longer works.

I am so very disappointed in my swiffer power mop. It is such a waste of money. Please do not waste funds on a purchase of this product. Not only are the pads, not reusable or washable (and very expensive to replace), the sprayer does not spray at all, and of course, the liquid furnished does not last very long. I have very little tile floor and I thought this would be great, but I'm very disappointed and would not recommend it at all
