I have bought 2 of these and both have messed up. The bottle won't latch in the mop. This mop cleans really well but the mop design sucks. Won't buy another. Waste of money.

I want love mine but they just don't last long. I have to buy a hole new unit every 2 months. They just stop spraying, and I have changed out batteries and nothing.

Had it for 6 months, and took a dump, which really stinks. I really liked it. It stop spraying very disppointing. So I guess I well try to find something else will last longer then 6 months.

I've been using a regular swiffer remote for years, without an issue. I purchased the power mop, and the pads fell apart.. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have a mop with no pads. What am I gonna do with this?

Very frustrating design. Can't open the handle because i want to return it. Upper handle is easy to open but lower one is impossible to open. After use floor is all dirty.

The idea is great...but the cleaning solution won't stay snapped in place! I have to push it back down every time I need to squirter solution out..and it immediately pops right back up...dont waste your money like I did.

So disappointed. I purchased this mop tonight and once I started to use it, the spray just continually sprayed. Have to take batteries off to stop it. Wasted almost the entire bottle of cleaner.

I do not recommend. Mine stopped spraying completely and I have tried messing with the battery pack and put new batteries in it twice just to make sure and still nothing!

This is my third mop in less than 2 weeks. Not sure if there's a bad “batch” but everyone I've bought works for 2 days then doesn't work at all. Changed batteries, changed bottles, and no spray. The first mop I thought was a fluke but after the 3rd mop, I'm beginning to wonder!!! Do better Swiffer!!

The new mop pads leave my floors streaky. The overall mop is lighter than the previous one, but I think that is due to the solution bottle being smaller so you are replacing more often. I've used the Swifter products for many years and this is the first time I've been disappointed.
