Great mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great, no streaks left behind. The smell of the cleaning solution is my favorite. Super easy to set up and use. The solution lasts a long time too.

DON WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT

Used a full bottle of the wood floor cleaner with no issues. I tried to insert the 2nd bottle of wood cleaner, the bottle won't click into place! DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!

We're sorry to hear that you're having this experience, Debi. We can assure you that our products go through many quality checks to ensure that you can use them with ease. We suggest checking the silicone cap of the bottle. If the cap is bulging, follow these troubleshooting steps: -unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. -tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. -If no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. -If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device. We hope that this helps, and please give us a call at (800) 742-9220 if you'd like further assistance.

Lightweight and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was extremely easy to use. My son definitely enjoyed cleaning the floors with it! It's light weight and the mop head makes for easy scrubbing. It's also small, which makes it easy to store.

Was good at first but not long term

Bought 2 weeks ago and already broke!!!! Do not buy. It breaks at the handle where it clicks in and have to keep trying to get the cord in. Not worth the money. What a waste!!!!!
