The advertising sucks

Swiffer is only interested in attracting Black customers. The television ads are insulting to white people. White Americans also clean their homes. I will never use any Swiffer products again.

This product really disappointed me

I'm so disappointed with this Swiffer power mop I thought I was getting a great product seems easy to use but unfortunately I used just twice and now isn't working anymore very upset

Piece of junk

Used it once and was so unimpressed I forgot about it. Its been hanging in my garage. Picked it up to use today, after 6 months later and the handle came apart and the new velco pad won't stick. Very expensive and wasteful one use product.

Disappointing

I used this a handful of times and out of nowhere it stopped working. I've tried to change the batteries, remove the solution and put it back in; nothing.

Was good at first but not long term

Bought 2 weeks ago and already broke!!!! Do not buy. It breaks at the handle where it clicks in and have to keep trying to get the cord in. Not worth the money. What a waste!!!!!

No good

So disappointed. I purchased this mop tonight and once I started to use it, the spray just continually sprayed. Have to take batteries off to stop it. Wasted almost the entire bottle of cleaner.

Horrible product! Don't waste your money.

No better than the regular Swiffer mop. Actually harder to use because it's heavier and mop head is wadded and clumped up so only 3 or 4 wads of it touch the floor. I can't get a refund because I didn't use it within 30 days of purchase.

Wish the pads would adhere properly!

The Swiffer Power Mop works well, however, the mopping pads do not adhere to the unit. I used rubber bands to keep it on but they still slide. Very frustrating!

Stopped working

Love the product while it worked. In two months it just stopped we changed the batteries and see if they was any clogs but nothing it doesn't even make the noise when you press the button to spray it.

Buyer beware

The idea is great...but the cleaning solution won't stay snapped in place! I have to push it back down every time I need to squirter solution out..and it immediately pops right back up...dont waste your money like I did.

Although this is not something we would expect, the vent valve may have stopped working on the device. The valve lets air enter the bottle while the liquid is being dosed. If the valve stops working, the lack of air entering the bottle could lead to the bottle collapsing.
