Hello! Thank you for reaching out about the streaking issue you're experiencing with your Swiffer PowerMop. I understand how frustrating this can be, and I'm here to help. Streaking can occur for several reasons, and here are some potential solutions you might consider: 1. Floor Compatibility: Ensure that the Swiffer PowerMop is suitable for your type of floor. It should not be used on unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden floors, non-sealed tiles, or carpets. 2. New Floors: If your floor is brand new, it may have a special coating that can cause streaking. In this case, using the product a few more times may help resolve the issue. 3, Previous Cleaning Products: Streaking and cloudiness can also happen if other cleaning products have been used on the floor recently. 4. Preparation: For best results, try the following steps: Sweep or vacuum the floor first, and leave the solution on the floor for 10 to 15 seconds before mopping. If you've already tried these suggestions and are still facing issues, please give us a call at (800) 742-9220. We're here to help and want to ensure you have a better experience with our product!
