Not sure if this is a common problem .The handle piece of my mop that clips into a button hole keeps coming off when I start mopping. Not sure why. Not sure how to fix this. Please let me know very frustrating

just curious ...my super power mop refills came packed 3 different ways in my kit. There were actually (refills i believe)packed in vacuum packed packages. are all the refills the same or are they all different?

The cleaner it comes with smells so good and works just as good! I had mopped not long before using this mop and the pad was so brown after. I highly recommend

Worked good for awhile then stopped spraying just drizzled out. I have changed the batteries and still same thing. How can I fix the problem?

Stopped working after only about a year, in almost new condition. Garbage for something that's not cheap.

used mop 1 full room, died halfway through 2nd room, changed batteries, but still doesn't; work. Power switch problem?? total waste of money!

The mist does not come out of the spray nozzles. You have have to a lot of cleaner as it leaks through the bottom.

I purchased the power mop. I am very disappointed because the handle keeps coming apart while I'm using it!
