In your effort to keep people from using it a second time, you made it so flimsy! The plastic scraps the floor & the pad falls off. God forbid we try to refill the bottle, you made it impossible. This actually makes me think you maybe one of the top polluting companies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This swifter power mop is exactly what I was hoping for. It is easy to assemble and to insert the batteries. The mop itself is light weight but cleans heavy duty messes like no other. I love the easy button release to spray floor cleaner ahead of the mop. You even have the ability to saturate and then clean for deeper grime penetration. The mop heads are super easy to replace and dispose of. I can do it all one handed, which is all I have most the time. With 4 animals and two kids the swifter power mop has saved me more times than I can count.

In my house it's just me and my daughter Shannon. She's home for the summer from college and it's nice to have her back in the house. While I much prefer wearing slippers around the house, she lives in white socks. And by white I mean they're blinding white knee socks. While she's gone the mop and bucket sufficed for cleaning my floors, but now that she's back home doing her favorite thing in the world, sliding on her socks into every room in the house, we realized the floors weren't really clean, the bottom of her socks were black at the end of the day. It was time for swiffer power mop. What an upgrade, not only do the floors look clean, they ARE clean. And her socks are sparkling white at the end of the day. A great product. Five stars from both of us.

What a piece of junk. Brand new and the solution bottle will not lock into place. Now that i read the reviews I see it is a common problem. How could a brand new product be such a piece of junk. I was going to exchange but will return and not buy another one.

I used it one time. Went to use the second time, so I went to the store bought more pads, cleaning liquid. Put new batteries in, cleaned the spray holes like You Tube tells you & still nothing is working. I had two back surgeries s This year & thought it would be easier for me to use.

This power mop barely sprays water. I've changed batteries and no difference. Im going back to my 4 battery swiffer. The company should have left well enough alone and never gone to a 2 battery system. Guess I'll trash my power mop. Wished I had never bought it!! Total waste of money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Kit for Floor Cleaning for free in exchange for my honest opinion and I'm so glad I did. I used to buy these back in the day but I was convinced it was just moving the dirt around my floor instead of cleaning it. This Swiffer did the complete opposite. My floors look incredible. I don't see a single speck of dirt and the floor isn't sticky. I love that I no longer have to wash the floors on my hands and knees..which tends to hurt after a bit.

Tricky to assemble. The aroma of the cleaner is overpowering and lasts for days. Wish there was an unscented version. And I now have extra bottles and boxes of cleaning pads and liquid from the original Wet Jet (that no longer works even after I disassembled it and fixed it 3 times) and will be wasted since they do not fit the new Power Mop. Not a happy camper, sorry.

I was in the middle of mopping my floor when it stopped working. I put in new batteries, it didn't work, the jug is full and inserted correctly. I was looking forward to using the power. Now I'm just disappointed and should not have to buy another one because the one I've got is only three months old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have 4 dogs, yes I said 4. They have a dog door into the back yard so you can imagine my floors are perpetually dirty! I had been using a steam mop with the washable pad but it seriously got so dirty I hated to touch it and hated to put it in the washer with anything else! So, as you can imagine, this Swiffer system is a nice option as I can just throw away the mess! The solution works great and isn't too smelly (from someone who is pretty fragrance sensitive) and dries quickly. Even though it says it's safe for pets, I still look the 4 offenders outside until the floors are completely dry, but I haven't noticed them licking the floors after, which is a good sign that it's not appealing to them. Anyway, nice system for quick clean ups.
