Love this product, but the assembly of the handle is cheap and ineffective. It comes disassembled in a small box and the handle clicks together with small pins that are too small and allow the handle to slip over the top of the pin, constantly disassembling the handle as you mop. A better design would greatly improve the value of this product.

Just bought this today and already going to take it back. The solution will not lock into place, it sprays from one side only. I changed the batteries and did all the troubleshooting. I was so excited to get this to replace my wet jet but now I am disappointed.

The tab that holds the handle in place keeps coming loose causing the pieces to come apart and the length of the full handle is shorter than I would expect. I'm 5'5" and fell like im "hunching" over to use it. When I do use it, the power mop is better than wetjet.

Purchased yesterday, attempted assembly today. Opened battery compartment and the spring assembly on end with the arrow n it is missing. No way to securely install batteries. Can not complete battery circuit without this piece. Item purchased almost 100 miles from here (Military Commisary) so not conveinent to reutrn. Is it possibe to obtain a replacement battery compartment?

BOUGHT A NEW SWIFFER POWERMOP AND IT STOPPED SPRAYING AFTER 2 WEEKS CHANGED OUT THE BATTERIES CLEANED OUT THE SPRAY NOZZLES AND EVEN WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW LIQUID CLEANER NOTHING WORKED ENDED THROWING OUT. REACHED OUT TO SWIFFER AND WAS TOLD SORRY!

Needs further development. Mop design and use of premix mopping liquid are good but the problem is with the throw-away mop pads. To become an economical and renewable resource product, the mop pads need to be capable of being reused multiple times. Strongly suggest you come up with some sort of reusable microfiber pad that can be washed and reused by the consumer over many mop cycles.

I love the idea of this mop i used it was great, but on the second time, the bottle would not stay in. It kept falling out no matter how much I pushed it in and click the buttons and it I made a mess of things. I'm very disappointed I have to mop again.

Product works good on my tile floor. However, they need to include an extension piece for taller people. I'm 5'8" and end up hunchback just to push it with some force behind it. I like to make sure I am getting up all the dirt and grime which requires some elbow grease. After half the kitchen is done my back hurts. If they sell simple 4-5in extension or make the handle longer it will get 5 starts

It's nice to know that Swiffer was working on this upgrade in the background then released it as a kit. The pads help clean the dirt once the solution has set. The mop itself is a nice design and easy to maneuver. Overall, I would recommend to friends and family.
