I really like this mop when it works. The problem is that it stops working after a few months. I purchased a second mop because the first one stopped working. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. Now I see that it is the product itself. I did all the troubleshooting and followed all the instructions. I have already read that Swifer goes through an extensive quality check, but with a 2.8 overall satisfaction rating you have to know it's not working. This mop isn't inexpensive and now I am stuck with solution and pads I cannot use. Maybe this is the point so I keep purchasing a replacement. Well, in this case 3rd time will not be a charm. I am so disappointed because like I stated before I do like this mop when it actually works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This made cleaning my floor so much easier and faster. I like that it's super simple to use and doesn't take a lot of effort, but still gets everything really clean. It actually picks up dirt and grind really well and doesn't leave streaks behind. I also like that it's lightweight so it's easy to move around. It's perfect for quick cleanups or just keeping things clean during the week without having to drag out a full mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This swiffer power mop is an amazing upgrade from my basic swiffer! Since getting this it cleans up messes so easy. The padded handle makes it easier to apply pressure for harder stains on the floor. The cleaning and durability are so much better. I also love that the bottom piece folds in for easier storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We didn't know we needed another mop but this is really great. We like that the sprayer is automatic as opposed to the manual pump spray mop that we have. It also does a really great job of cleaning the floors. It looks like it would be easy to replace and refill if needed. The handle has a hole to hang the Swiffer for easy storage.

I bought the power mop and the solutions for multi surface and the one for wood, none of them clicks attaching properly to the mop attachments, I made wholes in my thumbs trying to force it down until it bleeding. I got so frustrated because it was the only product I had for my wood floors. So disappointing to expect a product to properly work and get quite the opposite. Just click and clean did not work for me because it never clicked.

Product works good on my tile floor. However, they need to include an extension piece for taller people. I'm 5'8" and end up hunchback just to push it with some force behind it. I like to make sure I am getting up all the dirt and grime which requires some elbow grease. After half the kitchen is done my back hurts. If they sell simple 4-5in extension or make the handle longer it will get 5 starts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smell and how shiny the floor is. The handle doesn't fall off, the pad stays on. It's nice the pad is big enough to cover more of the floor, it is very easy to use. Pad will swivel freely with you. Drying time was good not long at all. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loved getting this in the mail, super easy to assemble she do it herself so setup was a breeze. It does a great job cleaning so issues with that. We are a very low tox crunchy home though. So I will say when she started spraying the cleaner it gave me a bit of a headache. But if you're a house that uses these products normally. You will be happy with the results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great mop for touch ups and I like how heavy duty the pads are. Was able to get a little scrub in the kitchen floor. The solution does have a light “clean” scent to it. I'd say it's slightly bulkier than I thought so it didn't quite fit in my tiny New York cleaning closet but that's a minor inconvenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the biggest selling point. You just click in the solution, attach a pad, and start mopping—no bucket, no wringing. It's designed to cut cleaning time roughly in half compared to a traditional mop . In real life, that means you're way more likely to clean your floors at all, which matters. 2. Good for everyday messes It handles things like dust, light dirt, spills, and sticky spots pretty well. The pads have scrubbing strips and a decent amount of texture, so it's not just wiping—it does some actual cleaning . 3. Lightweight and maneuverable It's easy to get under couches, around chairs, and into tight spaces thanks to the swivel head. People consistently mention this as a big plus. 4. Smells clean (if you like fragrance) The cleaning solution leaves a noticeable scent that can last a while . Some people love that “just cleaned” smell.
