The handle on my mop is defective. It doesn't lock in place. It constantly falls apart. It's ridiculous. You pay this amount of money and this is what you want and this is not what you get.

pad is too difficult to use until it is very wet. I have to put the cleaning pad under water first to get it wet or it will not move across my flooring and eventually it starts to come off.

I purchased the Wet Jet. Unfortunately, it was purchased before the battery models, and after a short while the jets clogged and the unit was useless. I am very disappointed.
