I was highly disappointed by the mop pads they didn't stay on the mop at all I had to put rubber bands around it to keep them on the mop. I had bought a box of the pads and extra cleaner solution as I thought this would be a good thing now I have cleaning solution and no pads. I wish it would have worked better now I have to find ans buy another mop and accessories

Are we the family that happens to get the duds? Super disappointing especially since we have a bunch of liquid refills and are down a mop AGAIN. :( Luckily your dusters have no faulty electronics! They're great!

I don't have to carry around a mop bucket filled with water. This eliminates all cleaning methods. The Fresh Floor Ceaner smells wonderful hours after I'm finished mopping. It's a game changer. It removed dirt and grim from my heavy traffic area with ease. Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Starter Kit is my new favorite.
No Need For A Mop Bucket

I thought the inclusion of the batteries would mean better cleaning power, maybe vibrations for extra dirt removal or something, but it's just for the nozzles to shoot out spray. There's literally no difference between this and any of the stick mop models I've had previously, you can't even adjust the length of the handle. The only thing I was happy with is the mopping solution, but I didn't realize that you had to keep buying the single use bottles. There's no concentrates or ability to refill the bottle which means a TON of unnecessary waste going to landfills. And that's without mentioning the single use, very thin “pads” that don't pick up any more than any other pad I've used before. I used a coupon for this pur...

However, I agree with other reviews that the cleaning solution is way too strong. My husband started getting a headache and coughing when he came in the house. We are more used to something like Mr. Clean or something unscented. I know I can spray my own cleaner on the floor, but that defeats the purpose and ease of cleaning with the sprayer. May give this to a friend to try. I read somewhere that you could try to dilute the original cleaning solution, but will have to figure out how to do that.

My primary goal is to get the floors clean and as you can tell from the photo below, the new pad design on the Power Mop removed lots of dirt from my kitchen floor but there are still some clean “scrubbing strips” to tackle a couple more rooms. This makes me think that I was previously just skimming the surface and my tile has some texture to it so the new pads help a lot. What is interesting is that for my wood floors the textured strips on the pads do not leave streaks. The second improvement I noticed is that the cleaning surface is SO much bigger. It is especially annoying since I purchased the extra pads and cleaning liquid for the power mop. The least the company can do is send some coupons for my old Swiffer Wet Mop (always reliable) products so I can use that again.
This mop should be discontinued!
