This product is perfect for my household

Overall, I like the product. I just have one issue. The connecting piece will not stay connected. Idk if I got a defective one or what but its the only issue I have with the mop.

Our Swiffer PowerMop devices go through many inspections to ensure they connect and perform as intended, and these tips may help. Be sure to twist the poles together until they lock into place, and you may have to push hard to connect the poles. Bottle won't stay in

I really like the mop, however the bottle won't stay in no matter what I try. I have to push down on the bottle while pressing the button to get it to spray.

Disappointing-cheaply made

I really like this mop when it works. The problem is that it stops working after a few months. I purchased a second mop because the first one stopped working. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. Now I see that it is the product itself. I did all the troubleshooting and followed all the instructions. I have already read that Swifer goes through an extensive quality check, but with a 2.8 overall satisfaction rating you have to know it’s not working. This mop isn’t inexpensive and now I am stuck with solution and pads I cannot use. Maybe this is the point so I keep purchasing a replacement. Well, in this case 3rd time will not be a charm. I am so disappointed because like I stated before I do like this mop when it actually works.

Cleans Well But Fragrance Is Too Strong

I’ve only had the power mop for a few days. I found it very easy to set up. However, I agree with other reviews that the cleaning solution is way too strong. My husband started getting a headache and coughing when he came in the house. We are more used to something like Mr. Clean or something unscented. I know I can spray my own cleaner on the floor, but that defeats the purpose and ease of cleaning with the sprayer. May give this to a friend to try. I read somewhere that you could try to dilute the original cleaning solution, but will have to figure out how to do that.

Mop pad won’t stay on.

My NEW Swiffer Power Mop head does NOT look like the one in the video! IF it was the same perhaps the pads would actually adhere to the mop. I have had issues with my wet jet mop heads adhering & now they won’t stay on my brand new power mop. I will be returning the power mop!

Lasted a month, I'm so bummed!

If I had reviewed this Swiffer PowerMop the day I got it, 5 stars all the way, but I've had mine for about a month now and the cleaning solution needed a replacement so I went and bought the pricey container (It's pretty lame that it's not refillable too). I replaced the old one and it will not spray! I've replaced the batteries, taken the container off and put it back on, checked for a clog... I don't know what it happening. I seriously loved this thing and I am so sad it is already done for. It's not exactly the cheapest Swiffer floor cleaner available, you know. I thought it was better than the Swiffer Wet Jet and I love the weight and feel of the PowerMop. It's excellent for really getting my tile floor clean. Now that it's broken I'll have to go back to the WetJet, which is okay, but I feel like I wasted a nice little chunk of money. Bummer.

Poor Design

Love this product, but the assembly of the handle is cheap and ineffective. It comes disassembled in a small box and the handle clicks together with small pins that are too small and allow the handle to slip over the top of the pin, constantly disassembling the handle as you mop. A better design would greatly improve the value of this product.

Terrible handle design

The handle on the Power Mop is too short. Also the curve of the top of the handle is uncomfortable and always catches on my shirt and hits me in the stomach as I am trying to use it. My back always hurts after mopping with it because of how I have to try to hold it. It's awful. I am 5'5 and my son is 6'2 and he has the same issue. It is VERY short for him.

Horrible handle design

I was so excited when this product came out and I even waited a bit before buying it to see how it worked. Saw nothing but fantastic reviews so I had high hopes. Regretted buying it after the first use. I put the product together according to the instructions and went to use it the first time and the very top piece of the handle will NOT stay clicked into the rest of the handle. Everytime I use it I am constantly having to make sure I don’t push or pull too quickly or hard or it will just pop apart and then I have to shove the wires back in and try to re-snap it together. I’m about to duct tape it because it is driving me nuts. I checked to make sure the snap wasn’t broken and it’s not. It just doesn’t stick out as far as the one on the bottom of the handles stick towards the head of the mop. Good idea to maybe fit that for future ones if you haven’t already and if it didn’t actually clean my floors I would have thrown it away already. So many regrets because I can’t use it the way I want to.

Handle does not stay connected

It's a great mop except for one flaw that destroys the whole thing. You have to assemble the handle. Ever since day one my handle does not stay together. So I'm left leaning over holding both parts together every time I mop. Otherwise I would love this mop.
