Doesn't work anymore

I have had the power mop for almost a year. All of a sudden it is not working it does not spray out. I have replaced the batteries and it still does not work. I would fill out the form for the moneyback guarantee, but I no longer have the box or the receipt.

Thought it would have lasted much longer!

I say 4 stars ⭐️ I love the convenience of this mop so much. I've had it for about a year. But, I am so disappointed to say, it completely died on me the other day. I've changed the batteries several times, cleaned the nozzles, and nothing seems to make it work! So 1 ⭐️ for longevity. My question to you is, what am I doing wrong?

Waste of Money

Save your money... I would have given this a zero out of five had this for less than a year maybe used it twice and no longer works changed the batteries and no power. Was excited to purchase this initially that I purchased extra cleaning fluid and pads that I can't use. Waste of money, garbage.

Buyer beware!

Not a good choice for a senior citizen - too heavy for anyone with sore shoulders, hands and or back. The other downside is the fact that the refills are outrageously expensive. If you have an open concept living area it will easily cost you $30 to mop your floor once a week or $120 a month. I find I am better off with the old lightweight swiffer for daily use. And use the $120 a month to pay a cleaning serivce to thoroughly clean the floors.

3 mops in less than 2 weeks

This is my third mop in less than 2 weeks. Not sure if there's a bad “batch” but everyone I've bought works for 2 days then doesn't work at all. Changed batteries, changed bottles, and no spray. The first mop I thought was a fluke but after the 3rd mop, I'm beginning to wonder!!! Do better Swiffer!!

Not happy

I'm disappointed with this mop, I thought Piwer mop meant the pad would move or something. The power seems to be for the solution, and to top it off the battery pack holder fell off and got some reason I can't find it, knowing me, I threw it away not knowing what it was. I'll have to trash the mop, such a waste of 30 dollars.

Wished I'd never bought this horrible product!!

This power mop barely sprays water. I've changed batteries and no difference. Im going back to my 4 battery swiffer. The company should have left well enough alone and never gone to a 2 battery system. Guess I'll trash my power mop. Wished I had never bought it!! Total waste of money!

I would not purchase this product

This product is not last long. The motor stopped working and now it is rendered useless. The batteries have been changed the mop has been well looked after and now the motor stopped working therefore it cannot spray and cannot be used. The original slipper was much better I never had this issue this is the 2nd power mop I've had in a year with the same issue

If you can no longer hear the motor, replacing the batteries should fix it. Since you tried changing the batteries already, make sure they aren't carbon-zinc or rechargeable batteries. Should have stuck with original Swiffer mop

I wanted an upgrade and for a little while it was alright, felt like I was going through the solution much faster than the 1st mop though. Then it stopped spraying all together after maybe 3 months of use. I changed the batteries (which were still good - I tested them), made sure there was nothing blocking the spray nozzles and tried a new solution bottle and nothing worked. I've resorted to just hand spraying the floor (I look crazy!) and using the mop after that. Very disappointed in quality.

I loved it when it worked!!

I'm rating this 3 stars because I loved it when it worked! I bought it 2 months ago; I shook it really hard the first time it stopped working, and that fixed it. However, it stopped working again and I can't get it to work! Oh, and the handle keeps coming off :'•(
