Was really excited to use but when I got home and opened it I saw the battery were suppose to be had no metals or springs ( the batteries just fell out so obviously something was missing ) and the product didn't work at all I have it sitting on the table because now I have to go return it and who has time to do all that, that's the point of the mop because you don't got time to mop why would I have time to go return this.

This mop doesn't work any better than the 'old mop and bucket' method. It's going in the trash. The mop heads do not hold in place and, yes I followed instructions. Refills are not inexpensive. Guess that's the reason to market the product. On the plus side, I love Swiffer dusters, they are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this product for a while, I've come to find myself loving this product. Not only does it clean my tiled floor amazingly, but also my wooden floor. The spray is battery powered, so it's take a while to die out. It's also super quite and the material it uses to clean the floor is so fluffy and doesn't leave any scratches on my floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Life has been so much more convenient ever since I have gotten this Swiffer PowerMop. I tend to spill things around the house or my dog will make a mess and this product makes it very easy to clean things up in a hurry. It doesn't take up too much room and it is well made/durable. I especially love that you can simply just remove the used pad and throw it out so that you can have a perfectly clean product to clean with immediately after.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer PowerMop is easy to use and makes floor cleaning quick and convenient. It cleans well, leaves a fresh scent, and is perfect for everyday messes. A great option for keeping floors clean with minimal effort. Highly recommended.

I was so excited to get this! Then after putting it together and realizing that the "power" was only for dispensing the cleaning solution!! I thought this thing moved back and forth but it's basically a fancied up swiffer wet jet. Instead if pulling a trigger you push a battery operated button. I am SO disappointed 😞

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop is definitely an upgrade from the older swiffer. It is super lightweight and the map glides smoothly on wood floors. It was also super easy to assemble and store because it's very thin. The only thing I would change is having the pads be machine wash so you don't need to keep buying pads since they are disposal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with the Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Kit for Floor Cleaning. It's lightweight, easy to store and makes cleaning much faster compared to a traditional mop. The pads absorb dirt well and leave my floor looking clean without streaks. I really ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I'm not one to buy many convenience items but was happy to try this Swiffer Power Mop. Let's start with functionality- amazing and so easy. The scent - DIVINE! I'm a little bummed I didn't get more of the mop heads in the trial pack as it doesn't indicate frequent changes. Overall, I love this and am happy to keep using it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is fantastic. The pads are fantastic because they are so absorbent and pick up all dirt and other mishaps. The assembly is so easy. The Muppet is very functional, and it offers agamic details that are so important to me. The mop's size is great because it fits. It's a small space, and it's able to flex in a way that lets me get under furniture without moving it. The refills are great, as well as a provider, an easy way to take out the old and put in the new seamlessly. I would recommend this product to anyone and suggest it to all my family and friends.
