This is the mop I have been needing for my floors. I have a large area to clean in my home. This is the perfect mop. It is wide and has sone weight to it with the solution attached. I can mop an area throw away and do another area with fresh cleaning pad.

I have the same issues as others. After my first bottle ran out, I bought a new cartridge of power mop solution. I put it in, but it doesn't stay clicked in place. The purple release button stays in release mode. For the price for the mop, cartridges and pads, I feel the defective nature of this mop is pretty ridiculous. Clearly, this design is not good. Such a waste of money.

Expensive cheap mop that does nothing. Not sure why it is called a power mop and why it needs batteries. The cleaning fluid just squirts out two little puddles and is very noisy. Am hoping to get my money back. My plain old Rubbermaid squirts further and is more comfortable. Save your money! Disappointing and terrible product.

The handle on the Power Mop is too short. Also the curve of the top of the handle is uncomfortable and always catches on my shirt and hits me in the stomach as I am trying to use it. My back always hurts after mopping with it because of how I have to try to hold it. It's awful. I am 5'5 and my son is 6'2 and he has the same issue. It is VERY short for him.

Mine worked great...at first. When the cleaning solution ran out, I pressed the button to release the empty bottle. It popped out, just as it was supposed to do. The new bottle, however, would not click into place. In order to squirt out the cleaning solution, I have to manually push it down before pressing the trigger button. I'm now debating whether to keep using it this way, or buy a new one. It seems many others have encountered this same issue, some with two different mops. I'm hoping Swiffer makes improvements on this product and manufactures more. This mop has great potential to be a great product.

The cloths dry up super fast on wood floors. If there is any dust or particles it can scratch your floor. Wish it came in a neutral or different scent. I do not like the rotted fruit smell. I do like the concept and the mop does navigate easily but the handle is too short. I am only 5' 2" but you have to bend to push it and it hurts my back. I can't emphasize enough they dry up so fast and that rotted fruit smell they have is gross. Only slightly more handy than a regular mop.

Low quality pad, starts to fall apart quite easily. Needs a lot of cleaning solution to get damp

Pad doesn't stick, sprayer doesn't work after installed, the entire product is a mess in itself

I would like to use it first but I think it's a good idea

I love how the power swift mop cleans my floor so nice
