We're sorry your Swiffer PowerMop stopped working. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. We have a few suggestions we'd like you to try: * If the PowerMop has stopped dispensing or is not dispensing properly from both nozzles, fresh AA alkaline batteries may be needed (as noted in the instructions manual). * Make sure they are brand new and that they come from the same pack. * Do not use carbon zinc, rechargeable, or use a mix of old with new batteries as otherwise insufficient power will flow and will result in only one nozzle working. * All pieces were snapped together completely during assembly * The nozzles are not clogged. We're sorry to hear that this was your experience, as we have strict quality checks in place to ensure that you can use our PowerMop with ease. We suggest making sure that the printed side of the pad is being firmly pressed onto the PowerMop head. You can also spray some solution onto the floor and let the pad soak some of it up in order to get it to stick. As well, we'd expect you to receive everything that's listed on the packaging.
