First off it has a ton of room, so you can wash and dry your clothes in as little time as possible with fewer loads. It is place saving being a stacked unit so I gain so much more room in my laundry area allowing it to be more functional for our home. It has smart capabilities too allowing for you to turn on from anywhere with a smart app you simply download. I'd definitely recommend for anyone in need of a new washer/ dryer set who are space challenged. You will love this!

This unit work great. However, there are a couple of issues that I have with it. First, the washing machine door does not close as easy as it did at the stores (all stores - so it is not a worn out door lock). You really have to slam it to lock it. The service person told me it is supposed to be this way. I don't agree with that. Whatever. The Wi-Fi connection is on and off and the remote start turns on and off. So I can't use the feature. Needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG washer and dryer tower for 2-3 months now and it’s nicknamed “the big eye,” by my grand kiddos. I have had several LG TV’s so I thought I would stay loyal with the LG brand. My clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. The tower’s capacity is large and fits a lot of clothes or towels, and blankets in them. It’s aesthetically beautiful. The control panels are totally easy to use. I didn’t even have to read the instructions. I watch my grandkids and I’m constantly doing laundry. At least 2 loads daily so the tower has taken a beating and still works wonderfully. The door gets slammed into the wall and not a dent on the door. Like my LG TV’s, this washer and dryer are an outstanding product. I’ve included a photo. I haven’t wiped it down since I bought it and it looks great.

At first a little clumsy to figure out how to use but after first load pretty intuitive. Only semi complicated thing was attaching it to wifi.

My little house is a one bedroom that happens to have a walk-in closet with washer/dryer hookups including gas. I was thrilled to measure and find I had enough space for this wonderful laundry center. As you can imagine, space is at a premium in my closet. The unit is easy to use and not so tall that I'm unable to see into the dryer to check for those pesky escape artist socks. My neighbor, who is even shorter than I am is going to buy this unit because she was so impressed with mine. Oh! Washing and drying are a breeze and it didn't take long at all to figure out how to manipulate the controls, so laundry is handled exactly to my specifications. (I come from a long line of dry cleaner owners.) I'm also a quilter, as you might be able to tell from my rulers and hoops on the wall, so proper fabric care is important to me. I haven't tried the steam feature yet but feel confident it will work as quietly and efficiently as the other settings. I am a very very, happy Grandma!

It didn't take up much more room than my much smaller unit that only lasted a couple years made by someone else. This wash tower has an amazing load capacity so I can do less loads of laundry each week. And it's such a nice looking appliance! It fits right in with the stainless appliances in my kitchen. I'm so happy with this purchase!

I’ll admit it. I’m in love with my LG wash tower. All sorts of capacity and sexy as heck! I’m looking for excuses to do laundry. The placement of the dryer controls, right with the washers’ should be the deal breaker when looking for sacked units. This is the one you should buy!

This unit holds a LOT! I love that everything is basically automatic but yet you can change the settings manually if you choose to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very skeptical at first because i have never had any luck with a front loading washer. However, when I received this and used it for the first week I was so impressed and happy that I got this. Super easy to install and even easier to use. I was overwhelmed at first look because it had so many choices that my other washer and dryer did not have. Yet again I was surprised at how easy it was to use. it is very cost efficient and uses less water then other washers. it has very pleasant alarms that dont make you jump out of your skin when they go off. I love that it has an option for a single small small load like just a couple items and only takes 15 mins to wash and about 10 to dry. yes its that good. a normal load is super fast to wash and the dryer is so great it drys super fast. very quiet i do not hear it spin ever it dont get unbalanced like many others. this is a top quality appliance and I would highly highly suggest going with this option. Also it takes up half the space. what more can you ask for. as far as prices go its priced well within most peoples budgets. I only had one small thing I was bothered by and that was the new smell of the washer. it did go away after the first free washes. Not really a bad thing at all just like a new car smell it has a new washer smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product since December and do about 3 loads of laundry a week. I have washed everything from delicates to heavy bedding and the machine is handling all extremely well. I think the delicate setting does not spin enough water out of the spin cycle so I am trying to learn how to change that. Another hint is to set all sheets and towels on bedding. If the wash is set to normal then the wash cycle is over an hour long. Set to bedding changes it to a manageable 55 mins. Both the washer and dryer are very quiet. The dryer does a great job of drying towels in about 50 mins.
