The ease of use and the great job the washer and dryer do have lived up to all the reviews I read before buying. I have a small laundry area and this fits perfectly and allowed room for a cabinet next to it for storage. Love the look and ease of use. Highly recommend !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wash tower is mind blowing. I had a middle the road washer and dryer set, and LG makes a vastly superior product. Works with any size load, from a couple shirts to king size puffy comforters, washer cleans every bit perfectly. The gas dryer is incredibly efficient, cutting drying time in half. The fact it’s a tower is a great space saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG washer and dryer tower for 2-3 months now and it’s nicknamed “the big eye,” by my grand kiddos. I have had several LG TV’s so I thought I would stay loyal with the LG brand. My clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. The tower’s capacity is large and fits a lot of clothes or towels, and blankets in them. It’s aesthetically beautiful. The control panels are totally easy to use. I didn’t even have to read the instructions. I watch my grandkids and I’m constantly doing laundry. At least 2 loads daily so the tower has taken a beating and still works wonderfully. The door gets slammed into the wall and not a dent on the door. Like my LG TV’s, this washer and dryer are an outstanding product. I’ve included a photo. I haven’t wiped it down since I bought it and it looks great.

Quiet & efficient operation of washer, all very smooth. Dryer efficient, though we do not use the power saving features in the interest of quickly getting the job done. Almost no vibration, so very well balanced. Tower design saves space in a small laundry area such as ours. Attractive clean appearance that makes our area look more modern than it is. Compliments and interest from family and friends will make this unit type a marketing success.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Combo washer/dryer is most accessible, meaning the controls, for small people who need to stack their units, and cannot reach the dryer controls on top. This combo unit solves that problem with waist high controls for all functions, pleasant music to alert when drying done, ease of cleanout traps, all-in-all a very well thought out product. Fits our space perfectly, and looks just great.......TY

I have done two loads so far. First one was a larger load, barely wet when I took the clothes out. Several areas not wet at all. I am concerned this doesnt work well. Other load, was very small, seemed as though everything was wet as it hoyld be when i took it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product since December and do about 3 loads of laundry a week. I have washed everything from delicates to heavy bedding and the machine is handling all extremely well. I think the delicate setting does not spin enough water out of the spin cycle so I am trying to learn how to change that. Another hint is to set all sheets and towels on bedding. If the wash is set to normal then the wash cycle is over an hour long. Set to bedding changes it to a manageable 55 mins. Both the washer and dryer are very quiet. The dryer does a great job of drying towels in about 50 mins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this unit for almost 2 months and very impressed! the best washer and dryer I have use and I have used a lot. with the washer and dryer being a one-piece unit, it knows what your settings were on the wash and when you go to use the dryer it already knows the settings!

I love all the smart features. My favorite is that it automatically sets to the settings I use most, and that the dryer automatically sets to the best option based on the washer setting. Would have given 5 stars but the dryer lint trap broke a few months after purchasing. The replacement was covered by warranty though.
