[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love how much less space it takes up but does everything a W&D should do, and very quietly also. We would buy this tower again in a minute and we love the darker color too. There is nothing not to like about this tower.

It’s great to have a modern wash tower that with great technologies and a clean and pretty look. I also love the control panel location. I can reach it!!!

It didn't take up much more room than my much smaller unit that only lasted a couple years made by someone else. This wash tower has an amazing load capacity so I can do less loads of laundry each week. And it's such a nice looking appliance! It fits right in with the stainless appliances in my kitchen. I'm so happy with this purchase!

Love the size and design of this tower. I am short 5’0 to be exact and I don’t have any issues reaching into the dryer drum. I love that it fit in my “extremely” small space but has full size capacity. I love my LG products and this machine is another reason why this is the only appliance brand that I will buy!

The Graphite Steel is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, sleek, shiny and beautifully lit. The soothing LED machine control buttons are conveniently located in the middle of the machine; no more stretching to reach the control and power settings! It’s easy to download and sync the helpful LG ThinQ App to the machine. Features of the app include product registration, cycle and Smart Diagnosis notifications which can help extend the life of your machine. It’s a workhorse because it is HUGE; I’ve washed three pillows at once with room to spare and on another occasion washed three blankets and could have tossed in a fourth! Washer has AI and a variety of temperature/soil/spin settings in addition to a Steam/Sanitize feature, which is certainly helpful during a pandemic. Dryer also has AI and automatically sets the type/time/temperature settings that you previously used below. All of the AI makes my life as a single mom easier and my teenage daughter actually looks forward to doing laundry now! This machine also qualifies for energy rebates saving me money now and overtime. Overall I am extremely satisfied; this is the first time in my life I have been able to purchase a brand new washer/dryer. The LG Washtower is well-built, beautiful and can stand the test of time. I couldn’t ask for more; thank you LG!

My only complaint is that it is a “smart” dryer so it will sense when things are dry. Although sometimes things aren’t dry and it will continue to end the cycle even if the items aren’t dry.

I’ll admit it. I’m in love with my LG wash tower. All sorts of capacity and sexy as heck! I’m looking for excuses to do laundry. The placement of the dryer controls, right with the washers’ should be the deal breaker when looking for sacked units. This is the one you should buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love it so far! So easy to use and so quite. My old one was noisy. I do water aerobics five days a week so I put my bathing suit in and put it on small load and it’s done in minutes!
