[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love how much less space it takes up but does everything a W&D should do, and very quietly also. We would buy this tower again in a minute and we love the darker color too. There is nothing not to like about this tower.

My only complaints are 1) the washer part of the mashine is rather low, and it's not easy for me to get down and get everything out and 2) the wifi part is hard to set up. That just might be me though. But if you have trouble bending over (back issues), this may not be the machine for you. But again, I do love my machines and they work wonderfully! My clothes come out looking great and smelling fresh! I would totally reccomend this stackable set. It is also estecally pleasing and looks great in our kitchen with our other stainless steal looking appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying this product, it is quiet and efficient. My old stackable unit was 25 years old and did not have a large capacity. This unit holds a LOT! I love that everything is basically automatic but yet you can change the settings manually if you choose to.

Shopping and researching for a washer/dryer, I find this LG unit the best choice I’ve make. I’ve read many reviews and talked with other customers who have the same product and with great satisfaction I’m happy with my choice. It’s quite, cleans great, easy to use and fits great in my apartment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this unit for almost 2 months and very impressed! the best washer and dryer I have use and I have used a lot. with the washer and dryer being a one-piece unit, it knows what your settings were on the wash and when you go to use the dryer it already knows the settings!

The absolute best! Super sexy, so much so I didn't hide it in the utility room. I cut out the back wall to put it on display! Ha! I love how quiet this machine is. Also, using the app to get more cycles and being notified when cycles are complete. The dryer is super fast as well. Definitely worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my washer/dryer combo. My clothes come out clean and perfect every time. But if I have to complain the washer is extremely noisy it sounds like a jet plane and then thumps and bumps so no nighttime washing as you sleep. And I wish there was a light in the washer you could put on while cycling to see what’s going on.

This unit work great. However, there are a couple of issues that I have with it. First, the washing machine door does not close as easy as it did at the stores (all stores - so it is not a worn out door lock). You really have to slam it to lock it. The service person told me it is supposed to be this way. I don't agree with that. Whatever. The Wi-Fi connection is on and off and the remote start turns on and off. So I can't use the feature. Needs improvement
