We replaced our 20+ year old stackable washer and dryer. This was the only unit that stacked and had the controle for both in the center and not on the top of each unit. Plus the unit controls are in the center and not on the top of each unit. Other stackable have the controls on the dryer require a ladder to use the dryer when the units are stach=ked. In addtion, the unit is quiet and works well.

I love all the smart features. My favorite is that it automatically sets to the settings I use most, and that the dryer automatically sets to the best option based on the washer setting. Would have given 5 stars but the dryer lint trap broke a few months after purchasing. The replacement was covered by warranty though.

Works with any size load, from a couple shirts to king size puffy comforters, washer cleans every bit perfectly. The gas dryer is incredibly efficient, cutting drying time in half. The fact it’s a tower is a great space saver.

My wash tower fits into my former laundry station leaving me much more usable space. The washer and dryer are quiet and energy efficient. My LG kitchen package was purchased 15 years ago and I have praised LG to all of my family and friends over the years. When I was looking to replace my old washer and dryer, there were cheaper brands available, but I was determined that LG was the only brand I would purchase. Last year I needed to replace my old TV; and of course, it is an LG!

I just love these two machines and the added advantage of the space economy. They work hard every day and perform at top level. Very glad for these new additions.

The ease of use and the great job the washer and dryer do have lived up to all the reviews I read before buying. I have a small laundry area and this fits perfectly and allowed room for a cabinet next to it for storage. Love the look and ease of use. Highly recommend !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a months use, I can say that my washtower performs as advertised or better. It is so easy to use and saves so much space. My elderly mother was initially intimated, but now says that she loves the washtower.

I'm so happy to finally have a full-size washer/dryer (ThinQ) in place of my apartment-size stackable! A 2-piece stackable set could not fit in the narrow space, and I would not be able to reach the controls for the upper unit (I'm 5'2"). It is amazing to be able to wash full loads! I love all of the features and options and it is sooo quiet!
