[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my new wash tower installed a few weeks ago. I’m still trying to get used to the dryer settings. This dryer seems to take longer to dry clothes but maybe I just need to figure it out. But for that reason it doesn’t seem so straight forward to use. Other than that though, I love it and glad I bought it.

About four years ago it started failing, so I had been looking for a unit like this every since. All the single units I saw were not what I was looking for. In most cases the washer and dryer insides where small and I did not want to lean into the washer to get my clothes. I wanted a large washer and dryer unit and it fits the bill. It is a perfect replacement, looks good in my laundry room, and it is easy to operate. I also like the fact that when something is wrong, it gives you a code. Example my dryer would not work, so it gave me a code. I checked and the code stated my dryer vent was clog. So I had it taken care of and the dryer works perfectly. I've also been told by several people who work in various service positions, that LG products are top of the line. Love it!!!

Matches my cabinets wonderfully and I cant wait to used it. my friend also recommended this machine to me and said it was the best purchase she ever made. So excited to use it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We removed our full sized top loaders in the last renovation., replacing them with these two front loaders. I just love these two machines and the added advantage of the space economy. They work hard every day and perform at top level. Very glad for these new additions.

Bought this as a replacement for the stacked washer and dryer that came with our home. Our laundry room is very small and space is limited. I love that both doors swing left. Unit is quiet, which is nice since our utility room is near our main living area.

It didn't take up much more room than my much smaller unit that only lasted a couple years made by someone else. This wash tower has an amazing load capacity so I can do less loads of laundry each week. And it's such a nice looking appliance! It fits right in with the stainless appliances in my kitchen. I'm so happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and access for the shorter person, especially the controls, being centrally located at mid-level. Quiet & efficient operation of washer, all very smooth. Dryer efficient, though we do not use the power saving features in the interest of quickly getting the job done. Almost no vibration, so very well balanced. Tower design saves space in a small laundry area such as ours. Attractive clean appearance that makes our area look more modern than it is. Compliments and interest from family and friends will make this unit type a marketing success.

I love all the smart features. My favorite is that it automatically sets to the settings I use most, and that the dryer automatically sets to the best option based on the washer setting. Would have given 5 stars but the dryer lint trap broke a few months after purchasing. The replacement was covered by warranty though.
