[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product since December and do about 3 loads of laundry a week. I have washed everything from delicates to heavy bedding and the machine is handling all extremely well. I think the delicate setting does not spin enough water out of the spin cycle so I am trying to learn how to change that. Another hint is to set all sheets and towels on bedding. If the wash is set to normal then the wash cycle is over an hour long. Set to bedding changes it to a manageable 55 mins. Both the washer and dryer are very quiet. The dryer does a great job of drying towels in about 50 mins.

I have done two loads so far. First one was a larger load, barely wet when I took the clothes out. Several areas not wet at all. I am concerned this doesnt work well. Other load, was very small, seemed as though everything was wet as it hoyld be when i took it out.

Bought this as a replacement for the stacked washer and dryer that came with our home. Our laundry room is very small and space is limited. I love that both doors swing left. Unit is quiet, which is nice since our utility room is near our main living area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my wash tower for 5 or 6 months now and have been impressed with the cleaning ability. We have a 4 year old who still has occasional potty accidents and this washer is able to fully remove all scent and stains. The features included in the accompanied app are also great, you can track energy usage and be reminded when it is time to clean the washer drum. Even the small but pleasant feature that detects the cycle used on the washer and automatically applies that cycle to the dryer when powered on. I would certainly recommend this wash tower to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago and still impressed. Although I’m tech savvy, I can’t seem to figure out the app/digital features, but as a washer and dryer, my clothes feel cleaner and smell great, and the sensor for drying is spot on!

We bought this to replace a 22 year-old GE Profile stacked set. This unit is a couple of inches taller and didn't fit into our existing space. Seems the standard height has increased a bit in 20+ years. Shouldn't be a problem for most situations. The additional height comes with a much larger capacity for both the washer and dryer which is a huge benefit. The front control panel is easy to use and both the washer and drier have predefined cycles available with a single button push. Via the app, you can also download a cycle from a list of additional predefined cycles once you have connected the unit to your WiFi. The washer allows the user to adjust the cycle settings, like the water temperature. The dryer however, is not as flexible in that you can't adjust the temperature but you can adjust the dry level. This forces you to find the cycle with the temperature you want and then adjust the other settings. Getting notified on my phone when the cycle is done is great. Clothes are removed from the dryer more often when still warm before they wrinkle. Some suggested improvements: - let the user adjust all parts of the currently selected cycle (e.g. dryer temp). - define a dewrinkle cycle available via the front panel that runs for a few minutes on med-high heat that can be used when clothes have sat in the dryer for a while. - allow the user to define their own cycle in the app and have it available to all users that connect to the machine (e.g. my wife can see cycles I create) - once downloaded, make that cycle available for all future uses without needing to launch the app to download it again, unless another cycle is downloaded - in the app, provide a table that shows all attributes for the cyclecs rather than forcing the user to click each one to see its definition Most of the above can be addressed via updated software. Hoping to see them addressed in the near future.

Tons of features, but some kind of leave me scratching a giant hole in my head. SO FRUSTRATING. The lights. The timer on the lights inside the washer and dryer don't stay on nearly long enough. Add a feature on the app to turn the lights on and off. Easy FIX. I'll be responsible for the electricity bill. Probably the worst "feature" is how the unit works with the app. The app. Great love it. But I ABSOLUTELY HATE that you have to hold down a button on the unit to start a cycle with the app EVERY TIME. The "REMOTE" button has to be held down for 3 seconds on BOTH the washer and dryer in order for the app to start a cycle. It's so counter-intuitive that I've stopped using the app altogether. Please for the love of God, change this LG.

I bought the LG WHA101HVA Gas heated Washer/Dryer a month ago. We are considering it a 'pre-buy' for our new house with attached guest house. It will fit perfectly in the guest house! We don't have 240 V power right now and needed a washer/dryer solution while we live on the property while our house is built. This solution was perfect for us. We had the unit converted from natural gas to propane. We live in a beautiful, yet remote, location. It works so well, is compact and does an amazing job. I would recommend this solution to anyone with a similar challenge! We love it!

I'm so happy to finally have a full-size washer/dryer (ThinQ) in place of my apartment-size stackable! A 2-piece stackable set could not fit in the narrow space, and I would not be able to reach the controls for the upper unit (I'm 5'2"). It is amazing to be able to wash full loads! I love all of the features and options and it is sooo quiet!
