I can I really like the smell. I have extremely thick hair so it seemed like I had to use a lot in order to get the lather I needed. After using, I did use the conditioner as well. I like the lavender scent, I think it helped to relax me some before bed. I've used this brand before and have always been satisfied with it. I would buy it again and would definitely recommend it everyone. The only downfall was the scent didn't seem to stay as long I would have like it to. #freeproduct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. These are the best products I have ever used. Love Beauty & Planet has done an amazing job in creating exquisite products. Starting off with the shampoo and conditioner-- my hair is long and ends at my waist (I am 5'5"), it is coarse and thick and hard to shampoo. I have tried all kinds of shampoos and conditioners before Love Beauty & Planet-- and before them, my hair remained coarse and dry after every wash regardless how much conditioner was used. I naturally dry my hair, and rarely put any product in it. Love Beauty & Planet's Shampoo and Conditioner with Argan Oil and Lavender- smooth and serene- gave me a silky, shiny finish with my hair's texture soft and smooth to the touch. This is the first time I can honestly say my hair feels like a whole new being! Not only does my hair feel soft, it smells great too! The smell-- all three products that I tried were argan oil & lavender. The shampoo and conditioner specifically focused on calming the frizzy, which is exactly what I needed and I am so glad to have tried it. They also had descriptions of smooth and serene-- I would describe the argan oil & lavender scents to be calming, and relaxing with a very light nutty/olive-like aroma. Very pleasant, and not overwhelming at all. The body wash focused on soothing relaxation & acts of love for our planet. It also had descriptors of relaxing rain-- I would describe the smell of this product to be very sentimental-- You can smell the rain and it brings you back to your childhood-- riding my bike in the warm summer rain- the rain hitting my skin, and being so carefree. The body wash-- was silky and smooth at touch, and it felt as if my skin was moisturized in the shower. I am all about short-cuts. I don't have a lot of time in my hands, so if a body wash can clean my body and also make my skin as soft as a baby's bottom all in one go, I am a happy camper. Last but not least-- the lids are so much more convenient-- tap a side and you've successfully opened the bottle. Overall, my experiences with these three products has made a very happy person. I would recommend these products to everyone!

The product I tested and tried was argan oil & lavender shampoo from Love, Beauty, and Planet. The shampoo smelled similar to lavender but not so much. The color of the shampoo is clear. The shampoo makes a foamy texture when you apply on your hands so make sure you don't over use it. Also this product has a scent of lavender but it is not strong. Loved that this product is Vegan and PETA approved.

I was greatly surprised by this, I did not have a lot expectations and it turned out to be one of the best shampoos I have ever tried. So weightless and clean and not greasy at all, and the fragrance is excellent. Usually shampoos leave my hair extremely dry but not this one, it left a certain kind of softness (not enough to not use conditioner but super appreciated)

I will say scent wise, lavender was not my favorite. However this is just because lavender is never my pick for any products. In regards to the actual formula and what it did for my hair it really felt like it cleaned my hair. I try not to use heat on my hair and when air drying it, a lot of times the frizz happens when using other products. After air drying, my hair felt soft and was very straight and technically frizz free. #freeproduct

Lavender is one of my favorite scents, so I really liked that about this shampoo.
