Honestly I purchased this shampoo because the bottle was so cute. I was so surprised at how wonderful the shampoo worked. As I worked it thru my wet hair (all you need is a little bit) it erupts into luxurious soft suds that is so fragrant. It left my hair soft and frizz free - I could not ask for more from a shampoo. Additionally, the price at Sam's Club is a real bargain for such a great beauty product.

This shampoo transformed my frizzy, curly/wavy/straight hair(yes it was this chaotic) to a frizz free, soft wave mane. I don't know how but it really did. I keep stressing that my hair will revert back to its former self but I don't think it will as long as I stick to this and it's matching conditioner

I bought the lavender collection on a whim one day when buying toiletries for a trip after my roomate RAVED about the rose collection, and i havent bought a single shampoo/conditioner/body wash/or lotion from another brand since then. The shampoo took my damaged (and i mean 3 years worth of dyes and bleach) hair and gave its virginity back. my hair shines, bounces, and has life to it again. I'm slightly paranoid about using it because of how insane the difference is. Highly recommend. Everyone can keep the red ken and paul mitchell.

I went to Target with the intentions of purchasing the deodorant of this scent, because I had heard so much great about it, but, unfortunately, it was not available in my store. Instead, I purchased the shampoo and conditioner, and let me tell you, it is the absolute best shampoo and conditioner I have ever purchased. I have very fine and oily hair. I washed my hair every single day until I purchased this product. I am able to wash my hair every other day with the use of this product. The bottle is much smaller than what I usually purchase, but I am able to use less than a dime-size amount on my 8-inch long hair and get a great lather, so really, I am saving so much time and money with this product!

I never thought I would write a review on anything let alone a shampoo but wow! I've used other shampoo/conditioners (as well as lotions, sprays, deodorant, and soaps) from this brand before but this is definitely my favorite scent wise. Secondly, I love that it's vegan and cruelty free since I ascribe to a vegan lifestyle. But on to the main point: I stopped adding heat to my once frizzy, dry, damaged hair for a couple months (it's been 4 months from the time I am writing this review) so I'm not sure what the culprit is for the vast improvement in my hair but I'm not going to count this shampoo out for contributing to this wonderful difference! I can actually wear my hair naturally for once in my life. I never thought I could do this after all the years of damage I've done to my hair straightening my curls. Kudos to the creators of this magnificent hair nourishment in a bottle.

I buy Pureology and spend upwards of 60 to 180 on two bottles. My hair is pretty and shinny with Pureology but when I tried this stuff for the first time (January 30) I was amazed! My hair is super soft, shiny, silky smooth and drying time was cut in half! The smell is amazing too! I bought both the shampoo and conditioner. I will be purchasing more of this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical about this product but just after the first use, I fell in love with it! The scent just stays with you, even after a full day since washing it. It makes my hair feel so soft and cuts down on the frizz that has made my hair difficult to tame. The scent is strong but not too strong as it doesn't over power the senses. And I learned quickly that a little goes a long way which is great because you end up using less product so in the end, you end up saving money. Just trying out this one makes me want to try out the other scents from this product line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this shampoo! It has an amazing lavender scent that is not overpowering at all. I ususally cant use anything with a floral scent. It is relaxing and it creates a ton of lather with a small amount of product. My hair feels very clean and soft. I used it about 5 times now and im sold. My hair is alot smoother and shinier and easier to work with. The bottle is big and its a great value on top of it. My only problem with it is that is makes my very thin hair a little too flat, but not horrible. A little dry shampoo at my roots and i have my volume back. Plus great looking shiny soft hair!

I received free samples of both the shampoo and conditioner through a warehouse club. The packets were large enough to use them for 3 shampoos. I liked the smell of the shampoo and conditioner and the shampoo did a good job cleaning my hair thoroughly. It left my hair very "squeaky" clean. After using these products and air drying my hair, it felt stiff and straw-like. The "frizzies" seemed somewhat worse than when I use my usual products. I was disappointed by how this shampoo and conditioner performed.

The formula obviously changed. I noticed the list of ingredients was different when I got a new bottle recently and it just doesn't work the same. The scent is still about the same but now it doesn't get your hair as clean. It gives it a stringy, heavy sort of feeling. It feels like the hair follicle isn't able to wash away much built up dirt and oil and is then clogged and sealed in by too much oil content in the shampoo. Trying to figure out what was changed so I can find a better match because the previous formula was my favorite shampoo, and likely why it was put on Ellens list in 2019 but isn't being rated well as of late.
