They even have lower sodium options. You can use it to cook your chicken, make soups use it to cook your rice. I have nothing but good things to say about it Swanson is a brand that I trust. Definitely recommend!

This broth helped me significantly when I had gastric bypass surgery. I was able to add my protein to it and sip it throughout the day without fail. It was delicious and I have continued to buy it since. I recommend Swanson products over most that you can find in the grocery store.

I made a chicken chili with Greek yogurt and pickled red onion on top. Swanson adds such great flavor and holds up to the sazón flavor as well in the chili.
