The packaging made it easy to pour the broth into the pot. Since there is less salt, I had to adjust the seasoning in my dish to compensate.

The flavor that it gives to gumbo is amazing! This was definitely a great box box for me. I live in southern Louisiana in here we eat a lot of gumbo and this gave my gumbo a great flavor.

We used it in several meals and it really made everything have more flavor. I’d definitely keep this in the pantry for those lazy days.

In a few weeks time we go through quite lot of Swanson chicken broth. We also use the beef but I think we go through twice as much of the chicken.
