I use a lot of chicken broth but not as much as what is in a carton. Once you open the carton you have to use it quickly. I’m always looking for the cans and was so glad when I saw that I could order them from Sam’s even if they were not in the store!

Swanson's chicken broth in 14 oz cans is often my go-to when cooking favorite dishes and not needing the larger size cartons. This size has increased in price dramatically, but SAMS Club offers this 12-pack at a more reasonable rate. It also arrived in perfect condition; the cans weren't dented.

the broth is great....the cans are terrible....since the packaging is intact, and the cans are bashed in....that means the cans were bashed in BEFORE they were packed. broth 10.......cans 1......and that is because there is no negative number to choose.

Bent cans is what you will get if shipped.

I had to order this item from the.. Com! Every can was bent, every can! How can a wshe that is supposed to be shipping products to customers not know to contain the product so it doesn't bounce around! Also how can Sam's club not use a company for shipping millions of dollars in goods for them yearly not find one that will do it so the customer service is correct! It's all about caring employees! It it is clear both do not have that going for them. The broth is good. I just had to take it all out of the bent cans and freeze it so I don't die from Sam's clubs lack of customer service!

This was unbelievable

I wanted to rate this a 0 or a negative # since I’ve been fuming about this purchase. I’ve never seen anything like it. ALL the cans were severely dented and one of them had no label on it whatsoever. I opened a couple cans and smelled them and they seemed ok but the next one made a hissing noise and smelled awful so we tossed it. I’m not using any more of it because I don’t want botulism, UGH! Who is packing this stuff anyway, whoever it was they should be canned pronto. This was a very bad purchase and experience. I’m thinking of taking the remainder and giving it back to Sam’s. Very sad!
