I was so excited to see we got the lower sodium option because when making the instant pot chicken tortilla soup l, one of the cheats I do is crumple tortilla chips vs making my own with corn tortillas. The broth of this soup is so so good and it was great knowing we weren’t trading less sodium for less flavor. The soup was amazing and a tad healthier because of Swanson. I made a chicken pasta dish where you cook the noodles in broth instead of water. It gives it a really great flavor without having to add a ton of salt and pepper. I love that it's shelf stable so you can stock up and use it anytime. The flavor was full bodied and just right.

i love the idea of the broth being clear, which is what a lot of people are looking for now a days. They also have very good vegetable broth and chicken broth form this company as well. They seem to have a good grasp on their product and what they are trying to convey.
