We're a recovery house for 80 hard working men in Kansas City. Serving this sausage gravy at breakfast is a great way to send them off to work each day....and they love it.

This is a great choice however it isn’t available at all stores. I use Sam’s in York, pa and State College, pa. I can get it at York, but not at State College.

before the night crew was started in GOSHEN #8170, we (employees) came in Sunday mornings..stocked and JEFF BEALE (resident ASST MGR) would use this sausage gravy for breakfast for the crew....THAT was SAMS CLUB at its finest..but not today...

Taste just like homemade! Good thick gravy with great flavor. I buy it for my men's group at church. We use it with our monthly men's breakfast meeting.

Best sauce igravy ever. I have tried other brands but this tastes truly homeade. I froze it in portions for meals and will have good eating for a couple months on homeade biscuits. I highly recommend it.

Good flavor for "out of the can". It worked very well for serving biscuits and gravy to a large crowd. The price is reasonable, preparation is easy and quick, and the product tastes good.

I had no idea you could buy sausage gravy already made and it was surprisingly good. My husband loves sausage gravy and plabs to take it to his mens prayer breakfast.

I bought this for all my grandkids who were home on xmas break. Out of them all only 1 would eat this. Most said it either tasted like the can or had a very bland taste. It looked fine to me and once warmed up smelled great. Husband tried it and said it was fine. I ended up throwing 3/4 of it away. Next time I'll just put forth the effort and make it from scratch. It's cheaper that way too.

We love Country Sausage Gravy! I went on vacation down South and stayed at a hotel that served breakfast. They served biscuits and gravy and they were just amazing. After eating, I asked if the chef would share his recipe. The waiter came back, got me and brought me to the chef where he was holding a huge can of Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy! We laughed and I have been buying it ever since. It is delicious, creamy and has plenty of sausage. Don't worry about buying a can this big, I put it in containers in the freezer and take it out when I want it. It freezes well, no breakdown at all. The flavor is really great. We love it!

Decent gravy if you like canned gravy brands like Libby's and great value brand. It's flavor is very mild, so if you like a lot of flavor you'll need to spice it up. Overall i think it's a good option if you have a lot of people to feed, especially if some like gravy plain and others doctored up, as you could divide it and flavor it for different palates. *Note: don't use a safe edge can opener, the ones that remove the lid without sharp edges.. .it broke mine in one turn.
