I have been using these for 2 weeks. The results work well, no afternoon lag, more mental clarity, it puts pep in your step. As any type of vitamin that has both multiple acids and B vitamins, they smell and taste terrible. I literally put my in front of a fan for a few minutes and it seems to help. A sugar coating would help more. Do not keep in a pill case with your other meds. Take it with a meal and stay hydrated. These Vitamin burps are disgusting on the verge of revolting. I?m gonna finish these two bottles and probably go back to Centrum if the results taper off over time or if i give up on the hassle of these pills

Hello, this product apparently has a large amount of caffeine, hidden within something called 150mg of "Energy and Metabolism Blend". One could argue that caffeine has no place in a multivitamin, but even if it somehow needs to be there, this labeling is not very transparent. I was taking two of these per day, one in the morning and one at night before bed. I have been having difficulty sleeping and I stumbled across a review on a health site about this product and the unknown amount of caffeine in it. I contacted GNC and they failed to acknowledge the issue and replace the product with a similar product without caffeine. I was a 25 year user of GNC products, until now. Buh-bye.

I bought these last night as they seemed to have the best nutrient profile of the available vitamins at sams. Unfortunately (I didn’t notice until I got home), they also contain 100mg of caffeine per serving. Had this been clearly called out in the nutrient facts I never would have bought these, but I noticed it only randomly on the back of the bottle once I got home. Taking them back. Caffeine is something that I prefer to use as needed so it stays effective for me, not taken everyday with a vitamin
