[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the energy and metabolism it gives you the right amount of pep in your step and not make you have the jitters. And the time release formula perfection I don't see any others to have that.

I would recommend these to anyone that does not have a problem with caffeine. I have been trying to ween myself off of Diet Mt Dew for weeks and these have been my life saver. I started taking these vitamins and the migraines have gone away and I don't have the craving for a soda anymore. The effects seem to last over my entire 12 hour work shift and I sleep like a rock when I get into bed.

Great vitamins

I've been taking this for about 2 weeks and so far and feel great. Energy and mood levels improved so much in these 2 weeks.

I took these for almost a year and saw zero effect on energy or metabolism. The only noticeable difference was bright yellow urine. The tablets themselves also have a funky smell. Going back to another brand of multivitamin.

I never run out of this multi-vitamin! I can definitely tell when I failed to take it, for instance, when I am in the hospital. I am sluggish, both phisically and mentally.

I've been taking these multivitamins for over 3 years now. I'm 62, feel great, and believe this product is working for me as advertised. I have more energy and believe these vitamins are the reason.
