I’m over 50 and these vitamins keep me going through out the day.

I use a lot of GNC products and multivitamins and this one is really good for sustained energy throughout the day. I will be switching to this from now on for my multivitamin. The aftertaste isn't too bad and similar to the other GNC pill multivitamins.

I have to get up about 5am, and would be a bit sleepy on drive in to work. So, i tried this I take it as soon as I wake up, you have to eat something soon after , or it makes you nauseous. It does a good job of helping me to have more energy early in the morning and throughout the day. The energy boost seems to be controlled. It helps all day, instead of being a spike and fall. Would for sure recommend the product.

It is really give you energy. I don’t know on anything else… also you pee get bright yellow :)

I buy these for my son. He is in his 30’s and has a stressful job which wears him out. He says they work well. I feel GNC is a great brand and Sam’s has a great price.

I love this supplement and have been taking it for years! I'm so glad Sam's Club started carrying Mega Men. No more dealing with annoying cashiers who won't take no for an answer when they're trying to sell you a GNC subscription just to save a couple of dollars on a bottle of vitamins! This supplement is packed with a great variety of vitamins and minerals and gives me that little extra kick I need to start my day. I do recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the day. One thing I've noticed is that it can make your urine noticeably more yellow, which is common with certain vitamins. Overall, this is a great supplement formulated with men's nutritional needs in mind. I've been very happy with it over the years and would definitely recommend it. Very good product!

I think the pills give me that little boost of energy. Nothing crazy, just helps me with that little fatigued I've been fighting every once in awhile.

The pills have a terrible smell. But that is to be expected most vitamins do have a bad smell. I got these for the energy and they don't produce noticeable differences in my energy.
