I have used GNC Products for several years. These vitamins are quite smaller than the ones I have taken before, which is nice. I have am happy with the size and the effectiveness of these vitamins. I will definitely continue to use GNC Products.

I have been using GNC Mega Men's multivitamins for a couple months now and I feel I have improved strength and a lot more energy. I take one everyday with my workout regiment and have been very pleased with Stamina it has increased dramatically. I have not had any side affects. I'm a type II Diabetic and feel this has helped me be more energized and in turn has helped me lower my A1C numbers.

I have used these for a few days and the antioxidants in these vitamins are amazing. They are doing an amazing job of cleansing my body. I felt very sluggish before taking these and I feel like I have regained my energy and will to get moving.

It took about three days but I really started to notice the difference. I had way more energy to get through the day. This has all the vitamins I need for the day so I was able to get rid of my other supplements. The pills seem to have the right amount of caffeine to eliminate that after lunch soda pop.

I have been taking this product for a week. I have noticed an increase in my energy! The first few days, it really upset my stomach. I take my capsules with breakfast and lots of water throughout the day. Once my stomach got used to it, I began to feel a great increase in energy. I have energy throughout my work day instead of getting sluggish in the afternoon. I have also noticed I feel less bloated. I plan on continuing this product for another few weeks and then writing another review after my body has had time to adjust fully.

I have been taking the GNC Mega men Energy and Metabolism Multi vitamins for a couple of weeks. The Vitamins are easy to swallow and actually have a good flavor unusual for a vitamin to taste decent. I think it has increased my energy now that I have been taking it for a while. I have not lost weight but I was on vacation not great time for weight loss.

I got Mega Men Energy & Metabolism about a month ago, I wanted to use it as directed for a month before I wrote this. I do feel more energy which is huge because I'm 62 and battling fatigue. so I give the product a thumbs up. The only down side was that the pills were large and a little hard to swallow.

I always try to wait a reasonable amount of time before I review anything. Reading a review about how great something is, then at the end of the review learning the person just opened the package is insulting. So, I’ve waited and I’ve been taking this product religiously since it’s arrival. I like reviews to be objective, meaning this is what happened as a result of this product. Not subjective, I liked the bottle it came in so it is good type of thing. So, here we are, what can I say? Nothing. I took it. I didn’t get stronger l bigger or have more energy. Did it work? Whatever that means with vitamins. Yes, no, maybe. They are large. I’m not wild about the after taste. Without something objective I won’t be buying them.
