These vitamins are a good value. They include many extras such as caffeine, amino acids, green tea, Lycopene, etc. that you do not find in most ordinary multivitamins at this price. There have been comments about one serving being 2 pills, well I only use one. Why? Because a big chunk of the ingredients are well over 100% of the daily recommended allowance and quite frankly the body simply expels extra waste. The next majority of ingredients are at 100%, so it would knock it down to 50% of your recommended daily intake. Does this seems like a big deal, not to me as you should be making up for most of that with your dietary intake anyhow. IMO everyone should be paying attention the percentages on any vitamins they are buying. There is no real need to spend extra money for vitamins that boast almost every ingredient at 1000% or more of the daily recommended allowance. You are literally flushing money down the toilet.

I take MegaMan before I go to work in the morning. I started off taking one instead of two in the morning. Then I switch to taking two in the morning. I have a lot more energy during the day at work. I don’t have the jitters like I do when I drink energy drinks. I am a lot more alert at work.

I have been using this vitamin at work to give me a boost here and there when I feel my energy dipping a bit. Coffee has not been agreeing with me, so I decided to try this product to see if it is a decent replacement. Overall, I have been pretty happy with the results. There is additional energy, and I don't get any ill effects that I have seen.

My wife and I purchased the mends and women's GNC multivitamins in early 2024. We were impressed with vitamins and minerals list in this products. We we got home we read the fine print on OTHER INGREDIENTS which has now led us to return both of these products and never purchase GNC ever again. Some of the trash in these products are: MENS - Modified Starch GMO, Color Caramel, Corn Starch, Stevia, Sodium Ascorbate, and other ingredients I do not want to try to spell out. BEWARE of This Product!
