Two caplets provide over 25 vitamins and minerals including two proprietary blends for energy, metabolism, and antioxidants. I always try to wait a reasonable amount of time before I review anything. Reading a review about how great something is, then at the end of the review learning the person just opened the package is insulting. So, I’ve waited and I’ve been taking this product religiously since it’s arrival. I like reviews to be objective, meaning this is what happened as a result of this product. Not subjective, I liked the bottle it came in so it is good type of thing. So, here we are, what can I say? Nothing. I took it. I didn’t get stronger l bigger or have more energy. Did it work? Whatever that means with vitamins. Yes, no, maybe. They are large. I’m not wild about the after taste. Without something objective I won’t be buying them.

I take them early in the morning and keeps me going all day long after work I go to the gym and I still feel that extra energy and motivation in me.

Easy to swallow and I can tell a difference which is good when I take this vitamin with my workout day.

Been using these for years they give a good jumpstart to the day. I'm glad they switched to one bottle rather than a 2 pack at Sam's…a lot less packaging.

A great multivitamin for older men

I have used GNC Products for several years. These vitamins are quite smaller than the ones I have taken before, which is nice. I have am happy with the size and the effectiveness of these vitamins. I will definitely continue to use GNC Products.

My wife and I purchased the mends and women's GNC multivitamins in early 2024. We were impressed with vitamins and minerals list in this products. We we got home we read the fine print on OTHER INGREDIENTS which has now led us to return both of these products and never purchase GNC ever again. Some of the trash in these products are: MENS - Modified Starch GMO, Color Caramel, Corn Starch, Stevia, Sodium Ascorbate, and other ingredients I do not want to try to spell out. BEWARE of This Product!
