First the pros: I can tell it does give me a boost when I'm sluggish. It also gives my urine a bright neon green color, which makes for a super cool effect when the bathroom light is off. Now the cons: These things smell, and taste, absolutely horrific. I've been a paramedic for 21 years, and this smells worse than anything I ever encountered at work, and that's saying something. The burping later on in the day is pretty disgusting too.

I loved it but I'm 66 years old, and my urine is yellow is that because my digestive system is hard to digest is this recommendable to take for my age, but I feel stronger.

I'm 60 and work out a lot. Tried it for 2 weeks. Didn't give me anymore energy, made me nauseous, couldn't sleep well, made my urine a florescent yellow color no matter how much water I drank. But the kicker was the day I got off the treadmill and almost passed out. Stopped taking them and felt better 2 days later. Might work for some, but definitely not for me.

I would recommend these to anyone that does not have a problem with caffeine. I have been trying to ween myself off of Diet Mt Dew for weeks and these have been my life saver. I started taking these vitamins and the migraines have gone away and I don't have the craving for a soda anymore. The effects seem to last over my entire 12 hour work shift and I sleep like a rock when I get into bed.
