Pros: 1) added caffeine for extra energy Cons: 1) one serving is two pills 2) packaging is wasteful since all the pills can fit in one bottle 3) the taste of the coating on the pills is horrible

I am not a big fan of GNC products but wanted to try these energy pils since I go to gym regularly....but after using once or twice, I noticed flushing, increase in heart rate and difficulty in getting sleep.. returned to sam's club

I loved it but I'm 66 years old, and my urine is yellow is that because my digestive system is hard to digest is this recommendable to take for my age, but I feel stronger.
