We have Tacos every Tuesday and I make the refried beans and yellow rice to accompany our chicken tacos. I also add a giant pile of cheese to the top of the beans. Sooo good

My kids and I used to love these beans. We made them every Taco Tuesday and also used them to make bean burritos, tostadas and so much more. The new recipe is inedible. Please switch back to the old recipe. In the meantime we won't be buying anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love refried beans, and I think this brand it’s great. I like how practical it’s, you basically just have to open the can, sometimes I don’t even warm it up. And I can taste all the seasoning in it.

I have always bought Old EL PASO refried beans to go along with Tacos. In the past they have always been my brand of choice for many many years. But the last couple of cans have been disappointing , so much liquid that it was more like soup. Tried to drain the can, and it helped but the beans were still so soggy. Think I have to try a different brand now !

Just as all the below reviews the beans are watered down! No taste can not believe you would change a good recipe for this new recipe. Do not waste your money on these refried beans unless you want mush and watered down tasteless beans! Waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Old El Paso Traditional Refried Beans to make nacho's. I use the beans as my base layer. Then add ground beef, shredded cheese and sour cream. I serve with Mission Triangle chips... Great fast easy dinner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These beans are my favorite for when we do Mexican night. They taste great on their own and my family likes to use them in quesadillas. The pop tab top makes it easy to open and heat. It's also very good in a 7-layer dip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love this Very bland, no flavor, I had to add a lot to make them taste good enough for everyone to eat. Tastes like mashed up pinto beans and no other flavors. Texture is almost whipped, with some whole beans thrown in.

We used to eat these frequently when we were first married. Absolutely loved them. Then something happened....I have given them three more tries and each time they lacked any flavor! I tried adding spices and it still doesn't fix the problem. They are inedible! I don't know why you would have changed something that was so good and made it taste horrible!
