Very happy so far! It's pretty easy to operate, but has decent options for what you want it to do. The first real cup was real smooth.

I bought this to replace an almost identical model that we used in Germany for the last 7 years. It held up making thousands of cups of coffee with no problems, so I sought out this one, and it's working great so far!

It was fully automatic and time-saving, but it took only a week for the problem to turn on.Contact the manufacturer, the need to return to the factory for maintenance, indicating that this problem is a common problem with this model.

Makes great espresso and cappuccino. Filling the beans and water is easy. We watched a YouTube video on usage which helped and the directions are clear.

Amazing coffee. Much better than drip/pour over! The ease of using the machine is what makes it so nice. Fantastic purchase. I thought I would not like the black but it looks great. Very clean looking.

It has been great to have freshly ground coffee/espresso. The ease of filling the water reservoir and accessing the tray that holds the used coffee are also nice features. Still learning how to do the fancy things but very pleased.

This makes very good coffee. It is easy to use. The down side is that it is noisy. I would expect it from the grinder, but it is also noisy when it is making the cup of coffee.

Great tasting, creamy coffee. Just a little noisy when grinding, but I'll deal with it. I love the fact that it's environmentally responsible since I'm not throwing out plastic pods every day.
