Had to purchase two boxes , okay no problem . They were both shipped just as you see the box ! NO additional packaging , so crumbs arrived !

Overall the cookies are good but when i order online mostly arrive broken so is not worth it, i prefer buy it from the store

Good cookies in a box

The cookies were OK, but completely destroyed. Many were just crumbs. The packaging was HORRIBLE! 95% OF THE nonreturnable COOKIES were broken during shipping. There was no filler in the large box to prevent breakage. If this order would have been returnable the entire order WOULD have been returned. I will NEVER order anything that can be damaged during shipping from SAM'S Club again. You need to properly train the people who package what you sell, or low prices are worthless.

Great deal and better price than buying individual packs at the grocery store. Delicious too! I had stopped buying chips ahoy because they were being made too thin and these were the right size. Highly recommend eating the cookies with a glass of milk!

My original order arrived was nothing but crumbs, I called Sam's club and was connected to a person in customer service. She was helpful and had my order replaced. It arrived in 3 days and was completely fine, no broken cookies. I appreciate the prompt service I received and would recommend ordering online from Sam's.

There's no shrinkflation with the family size from Sam's Club like there are at grocery stores if you check the sleeves there's like a gap where you can probably fit like two more cookies in each sleeve but the family packs from Sam's Club they're fully packed get your money's worth

We sent them to my nephew and niece in Texas as a care package. They love them. Bought myself some too to see what the big deal is. I found out.... They are great with coffee, milk, ice cream, or one at a time. Very good taste. Not too sweet. Chocolate comes through every bite. Best packaged cookies on earth. They give me that warm feeling inside like I’m lived by grandma. Pure comfort food.

Packing was terrible. Although top of box was cushioned bottom was not. Box contains 3 pkg of cookies but bottom pkg was at least 30% crumbs, I'm sure all caused by being thrown around by handlers. The other pkg has significant crumbs but not near as bad. All easily avoided. It is a no brainer to cushion bottom as much or more that the top. Since this was shipped not sure if purchase in store is better or not.

They would of been great if they werent all broke up. Bought 5 triple packages and only one package was not broke up. Guessing they came from the warehouse this way as they was in a big box. Possibly in shipping but hard to say. They replaced the first ones i bought but they came the same way.
