If you have 4 kids and lots of friends it's perfect snack for sleepovers

I ordered a box of cookies and when they came they were broken up. Cookies were placed in the box with out any thing protecting them.

Overall the cookies are good but when i order online mostly arrive broken so is not worth it, i prefer buy it from the store

The cookies were fine however they were totally crumbled in the shipment. Packing needs to be better.

i love these cookies and they are a great price. but now they are only available to ship. cant wait to get these delivered in a miilions pieces. why is all the good things going shipping only.

Broken cookies poor packing no protection from shock from shipping handler FedEx whoever boxes them need to add cushion it's either samsclub or FedEx but always delivered broken cookies crumbs

I splurged on my husband with Chips Ahoy. He opened to fill our glass cookie jar. Opened package and very disappointed at all the broken cookies, opened another, all crumpled cookies, opened another, the same and the same all packages were crumpled crumbled. He felt the only was to eat them was with a bowl of cereal with milk.

We sent them to my nephew and niece in Texas as a care package. They love them. Bought myself some too to see what the big deal is. I found out.... They are great with coffee, milk, ice cream, or one at a time. Very good taste. Not too sweet. Chocolate comes through every bite. Best packaged cookies on earth. They give me that warm feeling inside like I’m lived by grandma. Pure comfort food.

There's no shrinkflation with the family size from Sam's Club like there are at grocery stores if you check the sleeves there's like a gap where you can probably fit like two more cookies in each sleeve but the family packs from Sam's Club they're fully packed get your money's worth

My original order arrived was nothing but crumbs, I called Sam's club and was connected to a person in customer service. She was helpful and had my order replaced. It arrived in 3 days and was completely fine, no broken cookies. I appreciate the prompt service I received and would recommend ordering online from Sam's.
