Cookies are good but will not buy them online again. The first box came all crumbly. Had a second box sent and it was worse than the first. (If we want, we can still use them for crumbles on ice cream)

Crumbled to pieces

Every time I order these, they come crumbled from the packaging/delivery. They are only available through shipping. Seems like there's a problem because this continues to happen. I don't want to keep calling customer service because the product is damaged. It's a bunch of crumbs. A complete waste of money. I hope someone figures it out. I will not purchase these from Sam's again.

I splurged on my husband with Chips Ahoy. He opened to fill our glass cookie jar. Opened package and very disappointed at all the broken cookies, opened another, all crumpled cookies, opened another, the same and the same all packages were crumpled crumbled. He felt the only was to eat them was with a bowl of cereal with milk.
