It's unbalanced if not full of water. It needs to be full to be stable. I really only bought it to use for quick cleaning. The head is too hard to keep flat against the floor. It flips on to it's edge too easily.

Be careful when you are replacing the head.

They should tell you, that the refills are only the inner plastic part. Not the red base art of it. I accidently threw my red base part away and had to replace the entire system. Not good.

The mop handle collapses with the lightest use. The bucket threatens to tip over with use of the foot pedal to wring the mop. Produce can NOT be used as designed. Not worth the cost.

I thought it would be easy to use. I don’t know if it’s defect or bad design. The handle keeps coming off the mop and collapses. Otherwise I like it. I don’t want to recommend it because I wouldn’t want anyone else to struggle with the mop.

Easy to use, the bucket is a spin wheel to ring out the mop and I just don’t feel like it’s the most practical way of doing that. The mop is not very full so it scratches my vintage wood floors.

When mopping, it’s best to flare the mop head so that all fibers make contact with the surface and the red base lies flat on the floor and the pointed part of the red base is facing forward when mopping. This will help with the issue you are experiencing.
