It’s unwieldy to use or move it around without sloshing water all over. And u spin and spin and spin and the mop head is still really wet and it takes forever to dry it out. Waste of money.

I don’t recommend this mop.

The handle collapses continuously and makes it impossible to effectively use the mop. The design of the handle on the bucket causes it to be very unstable when lifting and moving it. The mop also leaves too much water on the floor when mopping.

We&#39;re sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out!<br />-Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left.<br />-Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock.<br />-Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock. <br />You should now be able to extend both ends fully to locking position. This mop set is awful! The handle is too short. When I extend it and try to scrub the floor it collapses. It doesn't spin or wring the water out. Do not waste you money on this. I'm so disappointed.

Please reach out via contact us form. https://www.ocedar.com/contact-page<br />The handle when fully extended is 48&#34; inches. if you could please try the following for the handle, this may help with your experience. <br />Do not fully extend the section that is not locking.<br />Turn it to lock at the midway point. If you feel tension, fully lock it, then extend to lock in place.<br />If you don&#39;t feel tension at the midway point, slide the handle slowly and continue to check for tension.<br />It seems the locking mechanism needs to be re-engaged. <br />Again, please let us know how we can assist you by reaching to our team for support.
